I support women and feminism. Women are a healthy part to our society. I love women. I respect women. Simple as that.
It's stupid, manipulative, has arbitrary standards, and for the most part doesn't accomplish anything good while pretending to be virtuous.
Cause it isn't really about achieving equality at all. If it was, it would just be called equality but it isn't. It's called feminism because it is about prioritising females.
I used to but now I am a proud feminists.
I realised what I really hated was just sexist women posing as a feminists.
I changed my views on feminism and now I am a feminist
its irrational. men and women are different, every society has the same gender roles, gender is not a social construct, and men and women did not evolve to compete with eachother but compliment eachother

I hate feminism the same way I hate religion, the fact that the extremists are not being quelled by those who act in good faith.
I don't expect that to make sense to a lot of people so let me put it this way:
In the movie Happy Gilmore, Shooter and Doug are talking to each other when shooter admits his obvious disdain for Happy. He quotes "I saw two fat naked bikers out in the woods having sex. How can I play golf when I know that's going on?"
As weird as this sounds, the similarity is there. How can I take feminism seriously when I know something that is disgusting and wrong is going on in the background?
I am all for equality but feminism is not about that it is about man hating.
I don’t, real feminism is something I strive towards myself. Now I don’t think it means we should be communists or supporters of eugenics, but that’s neither here nor there. Gender equality is definitely something worth fighting for.
Because feminists only want equality when it benefits them.
Because feminism is having your cake and eating it too. I am for REAL gender equality when women can stop asking for more rights and less responsibilities.

Because it advocates for making men's lives worse because the changes being made are based off the assumption that men have all the power which couldn't be any farther from the truth.

equality: giving people something based on what other people get
fairness: people getting what they earn

@007kingifrit well that's not true either. you need equality first to generate fairness. for example, if a poor man that went to college applied for a job and a rich man who's a high school graduate applied but had connections applied for a job, the rich man would get the job because those connections mean more than a person with skill to the company. that isn't fair, because the rich man didn't work his ass off to get a major, nor is it equal because the rich man isn't equivalent to the man with a college degree in actual knowledge and skill. but if we leveled the playing field, and two men of the same college education and same financial stance applied for the same job, there would actually have to be some speculation in who did better in school or what other credits the two men have to generate a fair applicant for the job.

they should be treated differently as they are different. but treating them unequally can still be treating them fairly. you're not a man, you never will be, men and women have different qualities and that's not going away

so lets say we are running a race and the winner gets 50 bucks and everyone else gets nothing, that's fair, but its unequal. because we all got a result determined by our own input to the situation
@007kingifrit but gender shouldn't be the what sets apart the winner. what's essentially happening in the real-world through the analogy is all of the female runners being set back a couple feet from the male runners and still being expected to compete fairly. you need equality at the start of the race to determine the winner at the end of the race.

nope. there is no evidence of women being "set back" women are naturally unequal and should expect unequal outcomes. a few exceptional women will get ahead in those areas but gender is a biological fact and it comes with advantages and disadvantages
nobody is doing that to you. its your biology; and that's why feminism is evil. it lies to you and tells you someone is to blame for your inabilities

@007kingifrit yes but these biological differences balance eachother with the positive qualities and negative qualities they bring, which can net equality for both genders. there are things that women do better than men and things men do better than women, but to say either gender is better IN GENERAL is stupid, but it's happened since the beginning of time. men are upheld for doing basic things like cooking or cleaning, and working women are seen as a threat. it's not fairness as you would like to claim it is, nor is it equality. what we need to do is recognize that men and women are EQUAL and then let us have the same opportunities so we can put in our own input to generate fairness!

I don’t want children involved in elections. They should have more say than they do in everyday life though. I think once people are at least provided a HS level education, they should be able to make political decisions.

There are emancipation laws for minors. However, some kids start puberty as early as 8. 8 year olds have no business being on their own. They can’t fend for themselves yet.
