I feel outclassed by this guy I like?

I am a fairly attractive girl but I feel that the guy I like outclasses me a bit.

I'm from a home that's lower than middle class income, I have been called hot pretty , beautiful and finished school. I plan to be a teacher eventually.

he's hot and above middle class family, planning to be a cop and is friends with the 'elite' or all the kids who have rich friends. he's really shy.

i hate to base it on this but I feel like there's going to be more challenges to me on the social level if anything else. I'm confident and talk to him like a regular person. but do you feel maybe his family would be snobs to me? any input is helpful thanks.

Well, if he's just going to be a cop, his family is not going to be snobbish. If he was going to be lawyer or doctor or a politician, that's a different story. You should go for it; why not? Sometimes, you have to risk your "pride" for love.

why should you feel outclassed. Your profession you are heading into is way classier than being a cop. A lot of people who I know who couldn't cut it academically became cops. Sorry to diss the guy you like but don't get yourself down.
