Unless you are the iron maiden a. k. a Margaret Thatcher, women are not as good of leaders as men. Leadership includes making harsh and unpopular decisions, and being able to accept that in every choice there will be those who benefit as well as those that suffer. The world is a harsh place and given the natural tendency of women to be more emotional and have their decisions swayed by those emotions, they are more likely to make poor choices because of the belief that it’s possible to satisfy everyone without anyone being disenfranchised or under-represented, when in fact that can’t exist. A leader’s role is to take care of their people first and foremost, not to have your people suffer and lose out because of your concern to make other smaller groups happy. Men are able to minimize the damage to their conscious by acknowledging that their choices are for the greater good of their citizens. Being a woman myself, this is not a sexist opinion. It’s a realistic and logical opinion.
