This is a bad idea because it's very racist. I'm sure the employees of different races don't have to take this training. That means the company would pick and choose the white people and tell them to go to this class.

It also doesn't make sense and is just plain rude. It's very hard for a person to change their entire culture and way of being after they've lived that way for their whole lifetime.
