Torture a mass shooter and the next one will be even more violent.
Take away weapons as your leader is thinking of doing and you'll make their job easier (since obtaining an illegal weapon is easy, especially in places like America, that produces them).

Mass shooters are seriously mentally ill people. These people need help before they pop off, but we are too concerned about transgender bathrooms and using the right pronoun, that serious mental health issues are ignored.
