Honestly, I find people who get so worked up over politics to be very un-chill and unattractive.
I get that people have political views, I have some myself and I stand by them, but I don't get worked up over them, I don't wage flame wars online over them, I don't get angry or upset if my views are being more and more hated and obsolete.
I have my political views and I'll only talk about them when asked, after all, what's the point in talking about them if nobody asked other than wasting everyone's time and energy?

Yes it would be because these matters owe great importance to me and I will never in my life date a labour/liberal voter. I'm a hard right wing, openly neo-fascist person and believe in being ultra conservative. These people are hypocrites that want their opinions to be agreed with but scrutinize the others for having their own. I believe it's time we take the negative past out of fascism and make it a clean ideology. In a democracy each wing has equal right to raise their opinions but in the modern world it's a joke. @anon1903 I am all for REASONABLE debates, when both are just sharing, maybe taking the other side, that they do not support, for the intellectual challenge, and something that two might share! That is a good thing, and helps each other consider, and postulate a response, in a logical way.
If someone is "ranting" as you ask, they are NOT LISTENING to other points of view, and they are simply FORCING their opinion on others! I have no intertest with people with closed minds, that "know" they are right (but NOT!!) and FORCE that on others, hence, the "rant" response.

Thanks :) well umm just mostly any view that's conserivative. Ya know abortion is murder, women must dress modestly, women cannot have sex to much, believe in outdated traditonal shit. I see stuff like, traditonal and more right winged opinions often be in i have no reason to think this, just do or that's the way i was brought up or that's how we've always done it.
Don't seem very free thinking nor freedom. And most people with higher smarts tend not be them. Like most scientists for example.

I don't recommend it to anyone of either side of the political spectrum. You could turn the other person off before the food even arrives. Even if they agree with me it is not what I want to start out discussing with her.
