It is when things are equal across the board, so things seem like they SHOULD be fair to everyone, regardless of race, gender or anything else.

However, due to other issues... such as perceived difficulties voting. Things like voter ID laws are considered racist because its EASY for white people to get ID to vote with but its a undue burden on minorities to do the EXACT same thing.

Thus it is white privilege to be able to vote easy, or get good grades, good college degree and good jobs.
