Lets say your offended by my opinion on bringing back the duel. So you challenge me. We exchange seconds and I pick swords. I am a smith, make swords and have a good collection of quality hand made weapins. I also have been practicing swordplay for 36 years. I have fought with real swords to first blood (and have a scar to prove it). I am also 52 years old, work out daily including with a sword. I can handle most blades easily and comfortably. The scar was from when I was 17. I have sparred against some of the best swordspeople on the plannet, and am quite ready to duel. I show up with a swept hilt rapier that I made myself. It was made from excellent spring steel and has a wicked temper. How important is your offense now? In otherwords I can be weong and deadly. And no I'm not exaggerating, I am both an accomplished swordsman and a smith. I swing a sword daily, and have been in martial arts for 44 years!
