Are insensitive people happier?

Well, that's an extreme example and maybe even veering towards psychopathy but I think at least people who aren't hyper-sensitive (thick-skinned, i. e.) will be happier overall because there will be far fewer things in their daily lives that offend and upset them.
I don't think that has to be accompanied by a lack of morals. On the contrary, I think a most moral person will be quite thick-skinned.

The way I see it is that inward sensitivity (often associated with ego) is generally bad, like taking everything too personally, being too easily upset/angered/offended. Someone who is very inwardly sensitive will probably struggle to be happy.
Outward sensitivity (ex: trying not to offend other people too much, being sympathetic when someone needs sympathy, and firm and assertive when someone needs to hear something they don't want to hear) is generally good and someone who gets a good grasp on the balance might be able to increase their happiness by netting more friends and allies rather than enemies.
i dont know about that but im happier when im around hot buff cowboys who are hung

Hm, they might be, less things to worry about, so less stress?
