Nah don’t fully agree, a lot depends on context of what happy actually is.
you can be chatty and talkative and be not only happy but make others happy.
Ignore nonsense… we have a bit of a chill out Friday and it’s a great end of week stress release just doing utter bollox stupid stuff.
A laughing person is not always a happy person,
Someone sitting at home, all alone, no friends, laughing watching a comedy program before he goes and does his volunteer stuff, but has no one to talk to, he’s quiet, does not believe in joining in all the nonsense and will just sit and study as everyone else messes around chatting…
then he goes home to his empty house.

1, 2, and 6 are true. 3, 4, and 5 are not. Learning is an intellectual trait, and intellectual people are rarely happy, and happy people are VERY rarely intellectual (outside of tech billionaires). Happy people also focus more on themselves, so no, they don't help the less fortunate any more than unhappy people do. And laughing has nothing to do with happiness per se, as unhappy people often laugh to mask their pain and anguish. You can be happy without laughing that much.
So no, I'd say that image isn't that accurate.
I agree with this. Some people are disagreeing with the talking less, but I think it’s directed towards the people that pretend to be happy on social media and post about their happy life but they are the most miserable people out there. It’s so common.
I only don't agree with the talk less. When I talk to other people, I feel happy. Of course, when you spend too much time talking to others you won't have time to spend on yourself. But if I were to talk less, I'd feel more isolated and alone.

Yes, I particularly agree with "ignore nonsense."
Different things make different people happy.. Some people are happy talking less.. And some are happy talking more... Some like/need solitude to be happy and some like to socialize more to be happy...
Not so much. Showing off is fun to the right crowd. Talking more is fun with the right people. Learning daily: agree with that. Help less fortunate: not if they start exploiting it. Laugh more: definitely. Ignore nonsense: sometimes, but that can also help with laughing more.
Mine is more like:
- Avoid drama
- Do things you love
- Avoid making enemies
- Eat good food
- Don't overthink anything
In conclusion: Avoid things that eventually will make you stressed. Just do nice things you really enjoy.I do all six of these so perhaps you're on to something.
I'd agree with those for the most part. Helping others brings meaning to your life, learning keeps you engaged, and being able to not take yourself or the world to seriously helps keep your sanity.
"Don't show off?"
But why? It's fun and nice to entertain and wow people...
If they mean posturing and gloating, well yeah, I can see thatI don't agree with the talk less part tbh. That's entirely dependent on how introverted/extroverted you are
I imagine that people's happiness rises in direct proportion to their lack of habits. Madness doesn't come by breaking out, by but giving in.
I believe truly happy people aren’t severely conceited and they’re the ones that don’t take everything so seriously.
I agree with the point that you should ignore nonsense (like the mainstream media news), but the others I don't accept. What if you're the type of person for whom showing off is what makes you happy?
Nope. Different things make different people happy.
I almost entirely disagree with that &/or think it's way more complex than that.
I agree you can be happy and do these things, but you can also be unhappy and do these things.
Seems kinda trite, but like most trite advice, there's some truth to it
Happy tend to be talkative. A seventh item would be to have plenty of sex.
I would say these are 6 habits of people who are assure of themselves, have confidence and aren't insecure
50/50 Having cake is only a piece of a larger perception.
Nope, I am happy guy and I talk (give opinions) I mean that is this site. I think out of the box.
Well then I guess I am a miserable shrew
