Working out or being physically fit is something that myself and a lot of other friends use for stress relief or enjoyment. I don’t really plan on decreasing my physical activity, because I like being energetic and happy.
Even the most feminist woman will still choose the athletic/muscular alpha male type over the weak beta male feminist everytime.
Toxic masculinity isn't a thing. There are no bad parts of masculinity otherwise you are no longer talking about masculinity.
If there is a bad component to a computer or a car, the only reason you would refer it as such is that it will be that thing if you restore it, otherwise it's just a useless heap of metal.
I can tell by reading the headline and the subtitle that there's no point reading the rest of that drivel... and I'm not even a guy who goes to the gym. I get my workout at work.

Working out is actually a pretty good idea to stay mentally stable. Overdoing it or doing it for the wrong reason might be toxic, like most things in life!
