The only place any significant amount of black slavery is STILL taking place TO THIS DAY is blacks STILL enslaving other blacks in many places in Africa today. Blacks invented it, blacks profited by selling black slavery to the world and blacks are STILL practicing black slavery today.

Shouldn't it be BLACKS that pay reparations to WHITES for the profits they earned teaching white people how to engage in black slavery and selling them black slaves?

For slavery to exist, you need economic surplus. In short, settled habitations. So no, black people did not invent the institution of slavery. The first mentions of slavery can be found in ancient Mesopotamia (middle east), Egypt, China, and India had the caste system which was akin to hereditary slavery. The Arabs were the predominant power in exporting slaves form Africa with the help of African chiefs who acted as intermediaries.
However, to understand why so many Africans were exported as slaves to America and other European colonies you have to study the demand side of the economics of slavery. It was the Western World (US and Europe) that started the age of colonialism, and plantation mode of cash-cropping. And for that you need plenty of cheap labor, so they created the demand which fueled the slave trade. This is a gross simplification of the very complex issue.
Now the issue of repatriation for slavery, that too is very complex as not all whites owned slaves, not all blacks were slaves and some natives owned slaves as well.

While it's true that the oldest human remains have been found in Africa, it's quite a leap to maintain that this means Africans are responsible for teaching humanity about slavery. African migrations to what is now Egypt and the Middle East began as soon as the populace could walk, so there are several theories about how it became a human (or inhuman practice if you will) and who is most responsible. Leave that for another argument.

Let's not distracted by the strawman here or the misguided idea that "slavery came to die" here. Even if blacks invented and marketed the idea, the rest of the world didn't have to BUY it. In FACT, if they didn't, there would have no outside market for it. So our lily white forefathers from Europe who chose to have slaves are no less guilty of perpetuating the crime than the suppliers. It's no different than a heroin addict blaming the drug lord for his addiction. NO ONE is forcing you take the drug.

Are reparations in order? No, I don't agree with that. I'd rather see the United States honor its treaties with the Indians.

I somehow was able to watch the uncut version of "Tears of the Sun" with Bruce Willis.

At one point in the movie, the black guy on the right, after witnessing hundreds of black mothers and children beeing hacked to death with machetes, by other blacks, says: "I'm so grateful that slavery happened in America."

I've since tried to go back and find some kind of reference to that, and it's been deleted from the Earth. No trace of it.

They don’t care about truth. Blacks have been enslaving other blacks culturally forever. When the Muslims push into Africa they started slave trade routs with the Blacks. When the Muslims pushed into Europe the Portuguese and Spanish learned about slave trading and eventually joined those trade routs. The English joined soon after. Then when the ideas of liberty were circulating in Europe and America it became important to free the slaves because it conflicted with ideas and morals present in White civilization. After slavery was stopped in Europe and America, then years later it was eventually stopped in South America, then eventually in Arabs stopped, and the last to stop in world treaties were the Black Sub-Saharan African countries. The English even fought in Africa to free the slavey during colonial times, and Blacks sided with the Arabs that still supported slavery because the Blacks wanted to keep slaving. It was too important to their economy.

Yet in today’s world Blacks blame whites for slavery and side with Palestinians where were second last to stop slavery, and try to lump Latinos into their POC alliance who were late to freeing the slaves in comparison to the Europeans/Americans. The side with the slavers and make enemies with freemen. They ally with the Democrats that fought to maintain slavery, founded the KKK, and established Jim Crow laws.
