You realize that entire fly thing points 90% to Democrats and 10% RINOs that have been outcast by the Republicans right? Shit there are even stories of the entire White House being overrun with flies…

You most likely do not have a company and think you're making some kind of political point.
If your diverse company plans to overthrow three centuries of democracy then go for it.

I don't know what industry you're in, but I wouldn't want to work someplace that is heavily ideological or divided/run by partisan political alignment. The only sort of exception I could see to that is if it's an NGO or other organization dedicated to politics or related public interest matters, because it then goes with the territory.
It depends. I work in higher Education and I am a Trump supporter. I imagine a lot of people would not mind if somebody took me off the board.
If you have mostly liberals at your company, hiring a conservative will drive them crazy. They will never want to work with him/her and will use this as an excuse to call you a racist for hiring him.If I were part of a company I would be against a few things.
*Donating money to leftists or their organizations.
*Implementing leftist speech such as "hate speech" or calling someone "ze/zer" or "they/them". I would not respect calling someone something that they're not.
*Favoring minorities or women rather than promoting based on competence.
*Hiring a large amount of homosexuals as it would create a hostile work environment.
*Ignoring blatantly true facts in order to appeal to leftism or someone's feelings. An example of where a company did the right thing would be when Walmart locked up black products more because blacks kept stealing them frequently. If I was a part of Walmart and high up I wouldn't demand that they lock up black products but I would demand that they at least acknowledge that blacks steal more and take this reality into account when making decisions. No babying minorities. If you're hiring, based on political viewpoints, then you're already making the wrong decisions. Unless you're hiring for a particular political party, it's illegal to ask about political party affiliation or views in an interview. Your company is doomed based on your Q.
Isn’t the whole point of diversity to be inclusive? Maybe I’m wrong and you can exclude a certain people and still consider yourself diverse
Nice pic.
Political affiliation doesn't really matter.
If they are qualified and experienced in the job, and a good EQ fit for the culture, then go for it.Why are you hiring to check a box? That's the surest way to kill your company.
How about hire the best person possible, dispute their political affiliations?Well I'm a democrat and I'd have no issue hiring republicans.
Politics have no place in a work place, you should hire the best candidate, that can get the job done.
The drawback is that he'll expect you to be responsible for your own behavior and you can't fuck your way out of getting in trouble.
Nothing, unless you are a company that relies on leftist policies, hiring someone on the right doesn't mean anything.
Conservatives are hard workers who won't need a safe spaces or days off for "emotional wellbeing " . Your company would be better off with more conservatives.
Why does the man’s political affiliation matter? Is he a good person and can he do the job?
Lying, cheating, stealing, child molestation, wife beating, tax evasion, racism, me instead of we.
sure why not, normally repbulicans are better employees anyway
