East Asia isn't exactly well-known for being the easiest of places to assimilate-into… even for fellow-Asians from anywhere else in our gigantic continent. We Filipinos are generally more warm & accepting (which earned us consistent record-breaking numbers of tourists to the PH year after year until the d—ed COVID), so I'd accept him as a person. But, consider him an actual ᜃᜊᜌᜈ᜔ ("kabayan"; "kah-BAH-yan";「compatriot」), I'd doubt it… unless he can get his papers in order with Manila. In his case, though, it would not be advantageous if he wants to stay here in the U. S. You are confusing gender with sex. Gender IS a social construct. Sex is not. A transman is a biological woman. The sexual organs of a trans man are FEMALE. A transman is not a biological man, and therefore can be impregnated AND give birth.

Similarly, race is a social construct with biological elements. There is actually only ONE race and species, that is Homo sapiens sapiens.

But because groups of people were isolated and intermarried with each other for long periods of time, dominant physical features such as height, build, hair texture , eye shape and skin color were shared among them. Those genetic differences were and are passed along to offspring and instead of simply being genetic variants they've been clumped into "races."
Races are about as absurd as calling "accents" races. They're variants in how people talk in regions of a country. They're all speaking the same language but those variants have different inflections, slangs, colloquialisms.
