I'd add it is not entirely certain men are biologically stronger - if I go without resistance training, my muscles atrophy to very similar to a woman's. If you did 50 push ups each morning, you'd probably have the same muscles (when I started, I hardly managed to complete 2 and all of my muscles ached for about 4 days - then it increased to 3, to 5, to 7 - eventually to 80+ - over 6 months or so, and only decades later became a thing that is easy to maintain (even after 2 month I can do 25-30)).
Some university should study/test this, because, I tell you - women still have it easier with that expectation they don't have to protect or exercise for muscles but just avoid being flabby.

With regards to the sexual harassment one, I would say that society tends to handle harassment reports from women as if they are for sure black and white situations that don't have some nuances that the other side can bring up. That being said, women shouldn't be paid less for doing the same thing (competing competitively to the best of their abilities against people of the same gender, breaking records and acheivibg new physical feats).
