800+ once you get that high it changes constantly.

Odd things can lower it, for example I paid off my car loan and it lowered my score a little because I wasn't using my credit.

I'm investing in real estate so I need good credit to buy buildings.

Well, I don't know mine but with KeyBank, I have a revolving line of credit and my payments are like $20.00 a month, I can either borrow from it or just pay it off in full but this loan was $250.00 with interest and I use this to try improving my credit score

Have literally never checked. I dont even use credit cards or pay monthly bills outside of phone/internet/gym/insurance so i prob dont have one

Only a narcissist/mysognist would put that out there. I have a trust fund and could have written a check for the entire lease amount from my bank account. Leasing only because we don’t know how long we will need it, and for tax purposes.

I fucked over one bank and got away with it. A greedy bank clerk lost his job though.
One other credit now is timed out/expired. Not my problem when they don't send a collector.
I'd call that a score of 100% :D
