What happened to the 19 Black families that bought 97 acres of land in Georgia in 2020? The video talks about the listing being in Toomsboro, Georgia and shows a bit of acreage that was recently clear cut. When I check updated satellite images from this year it still looks like an empty spit of land that was just clear cut. What happened? They have 19 families to do work and should have a lot of pooled financial resources to get the job done… Why is nothing getting done? I bought some land back in 2020 and have clean it up significantly, made improvements to out buildings on the property, roads, fencing, irrigation systems, I have developed several million in inventory on the land, and have started to form business relationships to supply local companies that will purchase my inventory in $40K+ chunks at a time. I’m just one man and I have a day job. They have 19 entire families and nothing is getting done. I think a lot of Black communities are just a race hustle to get people to donate money, not to actually get their hands dirty and get down to work.

Certain aspects of culture don't work well with others. But also - I think the reason why there is so much crime in black communities (say Chicago) is exactly that - despite their skin colour those people have different cultures that clash.

But having all black communities won't solve any problems, just fence it in.

So having people share communities with those who share their CULTURE - YES.

But if all they share is skin colour - NOT HELPFUL.

This is wrong. The "ruling class" is a myth that many whites use in order to shift blame.

For example, in the famous racist massacre at Tulsa, normal white males flooded the city and killed black people, and also arsoned their houses.

The vast majority of historical race violence has nothing at all to do with the "ruling class".

Segregation is a backward step for any community. It's an absolute joke that people are even considering it. And a slap in the face of all the work that has been done over the last 100 years.
The video is really suggesting that there has been an under resourcing of infrastructure that would have fully leveled up her communities and I think this is a reasonable observation.
Her conclusion is segregation and that white infrastructure should have been pulled down also. This attitude, particularly the latter, explains a lot about recent events.

That was done in the past, and not by choice. Didn't work too well, it was called discrimination and segregation. Now you propose doing it again, to what end? Shall we have communities by race, religion or political beliefs as well? Hmmm... we sort of have that already in some areas.

The whole point is for people to realize that we're all the same on the inside, and we're all God's children. Even if you don't believe in God, we're all the same. I don't see the point.

White people feel left out, in the 60s there were all white places for racial reasons and no black person could be let inside. Today all black places are just places for black people to chill and if a white person wants to come they aren’t going to refuse service to them so I find it dumb that people are really mad about stuff like this
