Why is it when it comes to abortion, it's my body, my choice, but when it comes to circumcision my body, my choice is nowhere to be found?

That's because everyone overlooks the "other" body involved. With abortion, the woman thinks ONLY of herself, NOT the developing other human inside her. With circumcision, no one thinks about the baby that this process is being done on.

HOWEVER... with abortion, that baby is terminated/killed. With circumcision, the infant male WILL continue to live on.

It isn't. Note that circumcision is roundly (and rightly) condemned, and illegal in most first world nations- so long as it's being done to girls. It's not the nature of the offense, but the nature of the victim, that prompts the drawing of the line.

Actually no medical decisions are in the hands of infants or children. Parents make all decisions on their behalf. Although I will grant you that circumcision is an unnecessary practice outside of religious reasons.

Normally because the choice has already been made for the male. Id happily not circumcise my kids so he could choose later down the line.

Society does not care about men at all, boys included. Every single gendered government policy helps women at the expense of men. Little girls have their genitals protected but little boys don't. It is double standard to the highest degree.
