The World Economic Forum (WEF) has been conducting and exersize called "Cyber Polygon" a simulation where a cyber attack cripples global supply chains, the internet, communications, and electrical grids in what they call "a digital pandemic."
This is interesting because one year ago shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic they did another excersieze called "Event 201" in which governments and corporate "leaders" responded to a simulated "coronavirus pandemic", that included:
-Closing of all Non-essential businesses
-Stopping the spead of misinformation about vaccines
-Stopping people who criticize the lockdowns imposed

So is this an innocent excersize, or James Bond type villians plotting World Domination?
There are 1000’s of table top exercises carried out all the time.
of these some some will result in ‘live exercises’..
years ago we did a chemical attack on the UK releasing weaponised biological stuff.
Stuff such as https://www.who.int/health-topics/marburg-virus-disease#tab=tab_1
nuclear weapon accidents,
we also did the power chain thing about 10 times,, as it is the standard attack profile for any preemptive.

It sounds like the Exercise Cygnus in UK. It was done to simulate a huge flu pandemic, and to check the readyness of the services. The results were horrific, I believe, and the whole thing, again I believe, were never fully published. It has hardly featured in the covid discussions by our government, scientists and medical profession.
