What will the demographic effect of the Ukraine war be on Russia?

So far there are estimates that Russia has suffered about 115,000 KIA and probably twice that number wounded, and the war still rages.

Russia is killing off its young men rapidly and the remaining young men are fleeing. I have to think this will leave an imbalance with many more women than men.

How will Russia recover from this? Does this mean Russian brides will be bought wholesale?

A similar thing happened to Russia and Germany after WW2, does anyone know how this worked out?

Most of those estimates are bullshit and Ukraine like Iraq and Afghanistan is a war that is going to have to be abandoned due to American fuckups.

The demographics don't really matter as both Russia and Ukraine don't have a multi faceted economy, and will recover over time.

Ukraine has already lost so many young men that their population won't recover on it's own in 15 generations. I imagine Russia is probably in a similar boat, but to a lesser extent.
