That's normally what you should expect when someone goes to your country. It affects the criminal rate, education fees, and the employment system. They are not ruled by your rules so they behave differently. That's cost your safety and money for one or two generations. Unless America has a plan to control their behavior and educate them that's a bad idea for citizens.
