As a teacher, I can say with confidence that this brain-washing cunt should get suspended for that. It wouldn't have even been so bad if she didn't add in the LGBT flag instead. So supporting your country and its community is bad, but supporting something the majority of Americans aren't comfortable with, is "the right thing to do." No. Fuck this bitch. Anyone trying to brainwash and indoctrinate their students should be fired on the spot, in my opinion. Your job is to teach the material and possibly get them to learn how to do critical thinking, not brainwash them (this included CRT brainwashing).

I'd be having a talk with the principle and with that teacher.
You pretty much have to send your kids to private school these days to keep your kids away from psycho, radical, activist educators.
This is why the country has such a generation of whiny victims who bitch about everything and are so offended by everything and hate their own country so much.
Teachers like this and psycho teachers in university Humanities. Their goal isn't to train up, well educated, productive citizens but rather "activists" to burn the country down.

This dumb bitch should not be allowed to teach our children.
As if we needed anymore proof that the American left wing is a totalitarian regime waiting to happen.
Wake up America 🇺🇸I saw the video. She wasn't seriously telling the kid to pledge to the Pride flag. She was making a joke.
She didn't take the US flag down in some protest. She took it down because our country was in a really rough state. A lot of people didn't know what would happen, and a lot of people didn't have a lot of faith at that time. She took it down during Covid, I'm guessing in the time leading up to or around the insurrection. Our country was a mess, and sometimes seemed like it would fall apart, and I can understand why keeping the flag up might be a constant reminder of that fact, and how that could cause stress.
Either way, she didn't take it down in protest. She took it down for her own comfort. She also stated in the video that the reason it is still down is just because she packed it away somewhere and hasn't found it yet. She isn't refusing to. The school is perfectly capable of giving her another if they really want to.
Finally, the comment about the pride flag was made after a student asked about the pledge of allegiance. She made a joke that if the student wants to, there is another flag in the room. It was a joke. You can say it was a bad joke, but either way, it wasn't malicious. No reasonable person could make the argument that this teacher is somehow trying to turn kids against the US, or whatever else.
In my opinion, her main mistake was posting it. The media goes crazy over the slightest thing, especially when it relates to patriotism. She likely didn't anticipate that it would be interpreted the way it was, but still. Teachers get in trouble for their social media all the time, over ridiculous things. You have to be careful.Teachers have been fired for a lot less. If she wants to proclaim her sexuality a classroom isn't the place -who knows, maybe in an all girls school? But there are parades for that. Next thing you know she will be giving the kids gay colored Slushies.
Utter bollox.
im actually supportive of LGBT and it’s idiots like her that give those against it so much ammunition to use against it all.
The national flag comes first and then if required other ones on a shorter flag pole etc.
Yes there should be sexual and religious freedom at school, however it needs to be sensible.
Equally it’s a bit North Korean to have children indoctrinated to swear allegiance.
imagine a country where kids are pretty much made by peer pressure and adults to swear allegiance to the country….
not 1984 at all lolI'd wondered when this particular brand of nonsense was going to get started. There's a lot to admire about the US. More in theory than in practice, but then, that's true of everything. But a failure to live up to high ideals is not a failure of the ideals.
Vowing allegiance to a rag on a stick always struck me as idiotic, and changing which rag it is doesn't change that. Forcing children to do it... I refused from the get-go, but few people of ANY age have the guts to do that, let alone KIDS.That’s weird and crazy and out of line as a teacher, if that was my kid in her class I would have been pissed off. I don’t have anything against the LGBTQ community but that is something that shouldn’t be forced on kids. I hope she had the parents consent to do so other wise she needs to be fired.
This woman should be stripped and put into a cell with a gang of Islamic jihadists. then she can learn about which cultures really treat homosexuality with less than the full affirmation she thinks she deserves.
Indeed, certain cooperative prisoners who rat out other terrorists could be rewarded with a special kind of conjugal visit with her. We get the intel we need, repentant terrorist gets release, Leftist "womyn" is taught a life altering lesson by having her bones jumped. Win-win-win.First off, I respectfully support the LBGT movement just like anything but it’s a movement, not a country or a nation.
Second, you can protest saluting the flag if you want such as taking a knee to present you have questions about your nation but still honor the men and women who have lost their lives fighting for our nation and the rights we enjoy today. I come from a military family so I grew up with a respect of honor and respect yet still understanding it’s okay to have a healthy discussion about the inconsistency of being a nation that’s for the people.
This was just unnecessary and completely has no good foundation of anything good which makes it more sad. If you have an issue with how our government is doing things then you do it with a debate of ideas and minds but not disrespect. I’m assuming this is one radical person who did this and truly doesn’t reflect everyone on the LBGTQ movement so that’s something that gives me happiness.Oh lord...
Listen, I have 0 problem with her not having the flag up in the classroom. The nationalism in the last 4 years has become absolutely toxic and the idea that people are not allowed to protest in this manner stand in opposition to the very rights those nationalists claim to love.
I have no problem with her displaying pride colors on her person, though the flag in the classroom was one step too far I think. Show equality to both flags or hang none.
No, the real problem here is social media and, once again, people doing really dumb things for their 15 minutes. I do think those who love the idea of throwing the name "snowflakes" at liberals are once again failing to look in the mirror, but even I agree she took it a step too far and I am part of LGBT.I guess I missed the part where she’s forcing her students to do anything. She didn’t force them to pledge allegiance to the pride flag. Just made a joke and said well that flags there if you want to face towards it. She never forced the student to do anything. Don’t see the issue here at all. The kids probably don’t even understand what the pride flag or why we recite a pledge every morning in the first place. When I was that age it was just part of routine for me. I never attached any meaning to it. So I really think these parents are overreacting a bit. She never said anything negative about the US either.
That’s silly. The classroom isn’t really a place for flags to begin with- unless you’re teaching the kids about different countries in geography for example.
That being said, though it is preferable not to have any flags in the classroom I can understand that a patriotic American school, may want an American flag to represent who they are or whatever. I don’t think any students in a regular public school, should be made to pledge allegiance to anything though.Surely as minors they can't be legally held to any pledge let alone one their forced to take. Perhaps the kids should claim the lgbt flag makes them feel uncomfortable because it goes against their religious beliefs.
This is modern days. I am not saying that I am against homosexuals, transsexuals etc. but I am angry when they are forcing their rainbows and ideology to us. And in these days they are forcing this neomarxistic thoughts to us. They ale are Americans and they should have there US flag. I don't know how can she feel uncomfortable. But I get why there can be a few people in that class who would feel uncomfortable having rainbows flags there. But she doesn't care about others opinions because she "knows" that this is right.
These movements say that they want freedom and are against racism and so on although they are even racists (they are against white) and support only lgbt thoughts. Everybody who has different opinion is considered as fascist and so on. So that's their "freedom". And they are brainwashing minds of normal people. So support your country and save it from these people! She’s out of line and should be fired. Not because she gay but because she is trying to push her beliefs and her sexuality onto kids and doesn’t have enough sense to realize that half of the kids in classes parents are going to be banging down their the principals door and then will be heading straight to the superintendent. If you live in the United States and are teaching kids the US flag isn’t something you should be teaching them to hate or be against and definitely shouldn’t try and replace it with a different flag
I support LGBTQ rights but forcing students to pledge allegiance to it isn’t right 🙄🤷🏻♀️ And if she has something against the country she shouldn’t live there and certainly shouldn’t teach there
Ah yeah. That good old American flag representing the nation which countless soldiers have fought and died for, in order to preserve her rights and allow her to have a voice. I can see how that might piss her off a bit. When exactly did patriotism become political? I'm old enough to remember when Democrats, Republicans, LGBTQ, and immigrants from all over the world would have no problem showing their respect for the country where they enjoy more freedoms than any other nation on earth.
Dammit! Can we just be China, Afghanistan or North Korea for one day, and show these ungrateful bastards what's it like without the freedoms they take for granted every day of their hate-filled lives?I can see why past civilizations that lasted for thousands of years didn't let people do just whatever made them feel good and had certain rigid social customs. Eventually a lot of people will go back to that style of living and people like this teacher will be obsolete/redundant/begging for food in the street.
I'd pledge to the

But, seriously, folks, the bitch oughta be fired!!! She's not there to indoctrinate those kids, she's paid with OUR tax money to TEACH them stuff they can use in their lives!! Things like: math, English, science, history, art, etc..Social media clout gone wrong. I saw the video and knew she wasn't being genuine. I have friends who are gay and they don't even like stuff like this. They just want to be treated like a normal person.
