This shouldn't even be an issue because alnost every other law on the books exists to hold people accountable for their actions. But peoples logic seems to shortcircuit when it comes to a female. Suddenly their body gives them the rights to do whatever they please. That said, I couldnt care less if they choose to kill their little mutant fetuses
This might help end the promiscuous hookup culture and help bring people to get married and raise happy families again. I see no negatives.

Donโt really care unless New York passes the heartbeat bill but itโs interesting that Texas did even though I doubt the law will last very long same with many laws Texas passed today. New York implements vaccine passports and mandatory sexual education with no opt out for parents also this month.
Not sure I agree with a state telling a woman what she can do with her body but obviously there should be a better way than abortion, itโs just going to them make resort to other methods to terminate an unwanted pregnancy and go out of state
Makes it higher $$$$ to do so. 30 states should follow Texas lead and do the same. That means other 20 states will foot the bills. Insurance rates will also go up in those states. It is ok, she can smoke pot while she is getting her abortion in those states.
Cost more money to take care of more kids too that are given up for adoption or to foster homes when they canโt take care of them, state will pay for that too
What about the babies body? I am sure he or she would like to stay in one piece. Why is mother's life more valuable than the babies life?
I'm morally pro-life and legally pro-choice. Although the Supreme Court blocked this emergency appeal application, I'd be shocked if the Supreme Court blocked a full appeal application. The denial was procedural, not on merit.
I'm only against it because I don't think criminalizing it is the answer and won't be a very effective means of slowing abortions down.
We should be telling women that they have more agency than our feminist society gives them credit for.
The southern states have tried to subvert woman's bodily autonomy before and they failed then just like they will fail now.
You didn't read my post. S U P R E M E C O U R T gave two thumbs up , it is all over for ROE V WADE
The Supreme Court didn't say anything, that's kind of the whole point of your post lol.
Roe vs Wade is a milestone in women's reproductive rights and overturning it would only lead to disaster. It's not going to get overturned full stop, the political climate in this country would never support it.
It would mean less murders. Supreme Court didn't stop it , which means they thinks abortion is murder and wrong
Yep they did yesterday , you better check the headlines
From @NYCQuestions1976
"Even though they denied an emergency appeal application to the new Texas law, the Supreme Court is never going to overturn Roe Verses Wade. Courts virtually never overturn their own decisions. Have you ever asked a Judge or a panel of Judges to overturn her/his/their own decision? That's the major reason why the Appellate Court system is so overwhelmed in this country, even before the pandemic. In just over 245 years, the Supreme Court itself has only overturned less than 2% of their own decisions, and there's no Appellate Court higher than the Supreme Court. Whether people in this country like it or not, Roe Verses Wade is the law of the land. Also, conservative justices tend to be law traditionalists, and make decisions based on precedent and caselaw, even if they morally disagree with the decision. Roe Verses Wade is precedent and caselaw. So even though the Supreme Court blocked this emergency appeal application (key word: "emergency"), I highly doubt that this Texas law will be upheld after a full application to the Court."
Hello people.
www.foxnews.com/.../supreme-court-votes-5-4-to-leave-texas-abortion-law-in-place
From the link story:
"The Court voted 5-4 to deny an emergency appeal from abortion providers and others that sought to block enforcement of the law that went into effect Wednesday. The Justices also suggested that their order likely isn't the last word on whether the law can stand because other challenges to it can still be brought."
We need to read between the lines. The denial was procedural, not on merit. Of course anything is possible, but I highly doubt that this Texas law will be upheld after a full application to the Court.
I'm just glad that progs are pissed. I'm not in favor of it, but progs being pissed by it is nice.
Abortions are still legal you clueless backwards Christian Taliban
Forwards: exempt females from law and order
Not in Texas except in a very few cases
They say all abortion clinics in Texas will close
Roe vs Wade is still legal, move to Afghanistan. You would fit very well with the trashy Taliban and ISIS
It is on its way out since majority of states will have same laws
It is not you religious nut. I hate the Taliban and I also hate people like you. You and the Taliban have the basically the same views. Get out of the country
poor baby, I think you might win when Republicans win everything back with Trump in the cockpit. yEEEEEEEEEe HAAAAAAAAAA
Trump is not coming back. Plus Trump forced women to get abortions. Plus I thought you Republicans hate him now because he said get the vaccine
He had to do that as President. He has already won baby
He freaking lost to Biden. See the numbers and I hate both in general
He really won with legal votes , Biden was appointed with illegal votes
