Supreme court basically agreed with Texas by refusing to hear case. Will this be the end of Roe Vs Wade? I told you the country is now against murdering babies and you liberals here said no. Where is your proof? Texas is the proof. I think Indiana will pass same laws as Texas , then Kentucky, and so on. So, for all purposes Roe V Wade as been over turned. Babies Body , Babies choice. This shouldn't even be an issue because alnost every other law on the books exists to hold people accountable for their actions. But peoples logic seems to shortcircuit when it comes to a female. Don’t really care unless New York passes the heartbeat bill but it’s interesting that Texas did even though I doubt the law will last very long same with many laws Texas passed today. New York implements vaccine passports and mandatory sexual education with no opt out for parents also this month.
Not sure I agree with a state telling a woman what she can do with her body but obviously there should be a better way than abortion, it’s just going to them make resort to other methods to terminate an unwanted pregnancy and go out of state
Makes it higher $$$$ to do so. 30 states should follow Texas lead and do the same. That means other 20 states will foot the bills. Insurance rates will also go up in those states. It is ok, she can smoke pot while she is getting her abortion in those states.
Cost more money to take care of more kids too that are given up for adoption or to foster homes when they can’t take care of them, state will pay for that too
I'm morally pro-life and legally pro-choice. Although the Supreme Court blocked this emergency appeal application, I'd be shocked if the Supreme Court blocked a full appeal application. The denial was procedural, not on merit.

Roe vs Wade is a milestone in women's reproductive rights and overturning it would only lead to disaster. It's not going to get overturned full stop, the political climate in this country would never support it.
Well this isn't the first time something like this has happened and it will not be the last. Roe vs Wade will never be overturned, that's like saying slavery is going to be reinstituted. It would absolutely not fly in today's world.
