I don't recall stating "because people fight for our nation, they're good people" and we can do without the sass. I'm being nothing but civil, we've head pleasant (though oppositional) discussions in the past and I'd hate for that to be ruined by unnecessary disrespect.

As for whether these people are good people, statistically speaking, they're way more likely to be better that Floyd. We know for certain Floyd was a criminal and a brute. To my knowledge, none of those servicemen were past or current criminals. So if your stance is "sure, Floyd was a criminal but those servicemen theoretically could have been too," then that argument really just doesn't have much weight. Additionally, for this to be a reasonable defense, literally all 13 of them would have to be criminals for Biden and Pelosi to not be morally questionable. And even if all 13 of them are, which is ridiculously unlikely, at least they're criminals who are fighting for our country. Did Floyd fight for our country? Or did he just commit crimes against it?

And I don't have blind faith in our military. We have generals proposing woke ideology, and many people who I'd consider decent, reasonable, morally just people are leaving the military due to wokism and how it is permeating throughout the military. That being said, these servicemen still fought for our country and died for it (due to Biden's incompetence). I obviously can't say the same for Geroge Floyd.
