Your country is attacked by a foreign enemy who has killed more than 630,000 .

You are called by your government to join in defending yourself, your family and your nation.

This actually involves zero risk, zero cost and zero inconvenience on your part.

But you refuse - because FREEDOM! Then you stick multiple American flags on your truck, your pants, your dog, and your beer cooler and call yourself a patriot.

How should your fellow citizens treat you?

When the government stops counting nearly all deaths as COVID deaths, you can come talk to me. Locally, we had someone who was shot and killed in a drug deal gone bad. It would be pretty obvious to most people that the cause of death was a gun shot to the head - but it was counted as a COVID death because he tested positive for COVID antibodies (which probably means he'd had it and recovered). One of my best friend's mother died of cancer last year that she'd been battling for several years. She had a blood clot that cut off blood flow to her legs, and she went septic. Positive COVID test, despite no COVID symptoms - counts as a COVID death.

This crap might sell to some people, but a lot of people aren't buying it, because they have a working brain. I'm not denying that people have died because of COVID - it's a real thing and it can and has killed people. But the hospitals have been strongly encouraged to inflate COVID stats - and they're financially rewarded when they do - so it's easy to count almost any death as a COVID death.

The simplest way to see the lie in that, aside from the two examples I gave you (of which there are many, many more), is to simply look at the average amount of deaths per year over the last 5 years, and see how it has changed since COVID. What you'll discover is that the year-over-year increase in annual deaths is just over half of the total numbers of COVID deaths listed, which suggests that roughly half of reported COVID deaths were likely ACTUALLY from other causes. Because if the numbers are real, then the deaths from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other top (non-violent) killers have fallen way off, as if by magic. And you'd have to be pretty stupid to believe that.

And that's why a LOT of people - a huge number of them being Democrats too! - don't trust the government. The government, and government-dependent agencies like the CDC, have lied again and again and again, and plenty of people can see that for themselves.

People excusing Fauci's earlier contradictions seem to believe that nothing like COVID has ever existed before, and so Fauci was starting from zero in his understanding of how it worked. Except that nothing could be further from the truth. Fauci not only understood COVID quite well, he was responsible for providing funding for the Wuhan lab to perform this gain-of-function research, because it was illegal in the US but he wanted it done anyway, so he funneled money to China so they would do it. Of course, their abysmal lab practices resulted in it getting out. But this stuff is Fauchi's JOB - his specific job in fact. To believe that he wasn't lying, but just "changed his mind due to new research" is like suggesting that Ford's top heavy duty truck designer thought that building truck frames out of balsa would should be fine, and only went back to steel box frames "after new scientific discoveries" suggested it wasn't the best idea. It's ridiculous, but when that kind of answer isn't questioned by the media - because the media wants you to believe it's true even when it's an obvious lie - then you're going to get a huge portion of the population that doesn't trust anything he says.

And you know how we also know not to trust them about this? Because they've already carved out a bunch of exemptions, AND have done absolutely NOTHING about the illegal immigrants pouring in, who they are bussing and flying deep into the interior of the country, and many of whom have tested positive for COVID. If they really cared about COVID, that would be inexcusable behavior, but that's exactly the thing: they don't care about COVID - they only care about CONTROL and POWER.

But they've had to make exemptions already - and quite a few of them - because they know that tons of people will not comply, and they know they can't survive politically without them - so they give them exemptions from these rules. It's a joke. People can see that the emperor has no clothes.

You should really look at the vaccination rates, you'll be surprised to know that the lowest vaccination rate i saw for ages 65 was 84% and the age groups with low vaccination rates are ages under 18 which I've seen single digits in. The middle age group in between those I've seen as low as 47, which i believe is Tennessee. Doesn't seem like getting the shot is as political as you think it is, sure red states have lower rates but still the overwhelming majority of people are fully vaccinated even in states like Kentucky and Wyoming which vote republican at a net of 30 points each election.

Okay- so now you let the government tell you that you have to put a substance into your body. What is the government going to tell you to do next? Do you feel comfortable letting the government make decisions concerning your health and well being?
I would indeed call him a patriot. Our country is based on a Constitution that gives us certain unalienable rights. Anybody trying to take those rights away needs to be dealt with swiftly.
