Republican state Mississippi has so many Covid cases that if it was its own country it would be the second worst place in the world with Covid deaths. More Republicans are dying from the Covid virus by large numbers. Is God giving Republicans a message to change their ways?

It's a disease, following the normal rules diseases work by; God has nothing to do with it. Covid is going to spread, it's going to infect people, and some of them are going to die, yes. It will continue spreading until enough people have contracted it, recovered, and developed immunity that the infected population drops below replacement level, and the epidemic ends. It's called "herd immunity", and is the way every pandemic in human history has ended. Your lack of grade-school level medical knowledge does not mean disparate outcomes are the result of divine intervention.

Many governments, national and local, have attempted to eliminate Covid by reaching zero cases, but the evidence of the past nineteen months has shown that this is impossible- it's too contagious and not lethal enough; it can't simply burn itself out. Many Republican-lead states have decided to accept reality and achieve herd immunity faster, ultimately saving more lives. This does mean that the cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are front-loaded, yes. But before long, the epidemic in Florida will simply be OVER, like it is in Sweden- as far from a Republican place as you can get. Texas will follow, and others trickle in afterwards. Even MORE lives could be saved if the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine (with zinc), Ivermectin, and Vitamin D supplements were acknowledged (as the results in Japan, Mexico, and especially India show us), but that would mean less money for the pharmaceutical companies.
