A school administrator doesn't speak for the state so maybe rebrand your quote there, Joel.

Texas passed this law very specifically to stop critical race theory from being taught, but like many of the other half assed laws the come up with on the fly, they left huge question marks in how it would be interpreted.

Technically it can be read as they have to provide both views, the school administrator rightfully tried to protect their school and said this is not a point of view they agree with. Texas did the same thing when they basically made vigilantes of EVERYONE in trying to stop women from getting abortions that are legally protected at a federal level. That's why suddenly we were getting out of state lawyers suing citizens of Texas.
