I am black, and I don't want white people to feel guilty for being white. In fact I don't want white people to feel guilty about anything really. Rather I would want them to openly acknowledge that there is still systemic racism (I can only speak for the United States).

I want them to acknowledge that although they often say they're not racist because they have black friends or boyfriends, they will still think that the black guy standing alone on the subway platform might be looking to rob or rape someone, or that I'm less intelligent just because I'm black.

I want them to acknowledge that they are the ones who are on welfare more than people of color even though they think of POC as lazy folks living off the government.

And the list goes on. But basically what I am saying is that I don't want whites to feel guilty but to acknowledge that they still have racist thought processes that don't have to be related to what happened "hundreds of years ago" that still need to change.

I don't think any of those things.

You assumed an entire race is bigoted and ignorant. I didn't.

You're the one doing the things you want me to admit to.

Also, you don't know the difference between racism and systematic racism.

You would sound a lot smarter if you learned the meaning of the words you use.

Assuming that a certain group of people is less, wrong, bad, or guilty because of their physical characteristics or cultural background, or that you are better than others because of yours is the dictionary definition of racism.

One person's inner thoughts or feelings isn't systematic. And thinking statistically might be narrow minded and prejudice but it isn't racism. It definitely isn't systematic racist.

I want you to educate yourselves so you can see that you actually have no idea what you are talking about. You don't even know the meanings of your own words.

I totally agree with you that there are racist people in the world. But that isn't an admission on my part.

But you are the one throwing prejudice blame on an entire race. I don't do that. I see people as individuals.

You have no argument, so you resort to personal attacks and insults.

And that's not only disgusting, but it's disappointing. Because that's why you can't learn and grow out of your preconceived prejudice and bigoted ideology.

Larry isn't disgusting, he has a different perspective and different ideas than you do. You assume that means he is a lesser individual, and that's bigotry.

We're all equal. I judge a person by their actions and their character. You look down on anyone who disagrees with you and judge peoples guilt by the color of their skin before they even say a word.

If you knew and kendi knew what the word racism meant, you'd hide your face in shame.

where is all this systemic racism against minorities everyones talking about, and using to marginalize at best, justify entirely at worst, all the blatantly open racism against whites not only in america, but globally? you can't even say whites are in power anymore, they are literally underrepresented as business owners now. Meanwhile, we are at the point we lie about our race on college applications, our men and women despise each other and are exclusively refusing to date each other, we are dropping in absolute numbers in almost every country in the world, we are demonized in the media, mocked and cucked in porn, taught to hate ourselves from the moment we are born, and are killing ourselves so much that our fucking life expectancy is dropping. Oh and then when you bring up these issues, you're the asshole and you have white fragility, and your issues are laughed at. Just white privilege things.

If Dave Chappelle had made fun of straight white men nobody would have tried to cancel him.

And that's how we know there is a double standard.

But, some people want to try to pretend it goes the opposite way and demand free money. 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

My man, I have to tell you,
If you think age equates to knowledge and understanding you still have a lot more to learn than I do.
Biden and Trump are both well over 35, and we all agree at least one of them is clueless.

As are you. Try speaking out of your mouth, not out of Kendi's...
Cus he's talking backwords and eating his own words these days.

WowGirl isn't racist. You just say that about anyone who doesn't agree with you because you don't have an actual argument.

You are here saying 40% of the population is bad and wrong based on and because of the color of their skin. Buy a dictionary, educate yourself before you look down on someone that people twice your age say is way ahead of the game.

      Well here, check this out.
This video is only black opinions.

Did you know Trump got twice the percentage of black votes for his second term as Romney did against Obama?

Republicans have 3 times as many black voters today as they did when Obama ran for his first term.

And honestly, it's because a lot of people are sick of hearing exactly what you keep saying.

Nobody ever oppressed you. If they had, you could tell me about it. You wouldn't have to ask me twice to tell you what happened to me.

I'm mixed, I have white and black family members.

    We are all just people.

Culture separates us far more than race.

I dont feel a shred of guilt for anything.

Iv never been a racist, iv never owned a person. Never sold a person. I don't support the BLM movement because I disavow any racist institution.

You know what sounds racist to me.

Whenever I hear about black or white anything. It immediately separates us into 2 camps. In this country we are 1 people.

My family is 1 large family.

I'm also proud of my southern heritage. Love my confederate flag, and out Culture.

    You know what progress is?

If I walk around town and ask basically anyone hey do you hate black people? Or Asian or whatever. The odds of someone saying yes aren't very high so congratulations we all hate racism.

We hear people demonize. And pick on a specific race. Shame them, bully them.

That sounds pretty racist to me. But white means evil now? What about the people who protested with MLK, what about the whites whoever fought to free slaves?
What about a white man who freed them?

They don't like to talk about that.

Blame white people for the creation of black pride. Because it was created to uplift ourselves during a time when we were treated like scum of the earth. It was never created to put anyone down. Nor is it used today to put anyone else down. That's the damn difference. No one would have a problem with white pride if it wasn't built on hate.

I’m sorry you were treated that way. It wasn’t fair. However, there will always be haters - of every race, including whites. There will always be stereotypes of every race. I have no problem with the pride of being black or white or Asian or Native American. But, when BLM is introduced and the term “black lives matter” is used as a hateful term, then I have a problem with that. Many people have been hurt for not kneeling down to BLM rioters.

@TheGreatAwesome1 many peaceful BLM protestors have been harmed as well. It goes both ways. And white pride, proud boys, KKK are all one and the same. They are less focused on pride in themselves and more focused on making themselves bigger by putting other people down.

yeah in fact a nixon aide admitted the war on drugs targetted black people and hippies back during his administration and Reagans policies only perpetuated it. www.cnn.com/.../index.html

--You understand what I’m saying? We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin. And then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities,” Ehrlichman said. “We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.” --

@ShaTTeredMasterpeace here’s a social experiment regarding BLM vs ALM.
Go to YouTube, search up BLM vs ALM social experiment. There’s tons of them, but click the one by “Justviral TV”. Also sorry but I’m not allowed to share links, so I have to tell you otherwise 😩🤨😜
You’re saying black pride such as BLM wasn’t used to “put anyone else down” but seriously, I’m talking about BLM and there have been many rioters that HAVE hurt people. Right now, I’m only talking about BLM and black pride. People, in the name of BLM, have hurt others if they don’t cooperate and kneel down. I’m only kneeling down to God. So basically, if I don’t kneel down because God is the only one I will to, I’m going to get hurt or shot in the head. And no, George Floyd wasn’t too innocent himself.

Ya mad that racists ruined the term white pride by coining it as their slogan. The group of racists that did this was so infamous for their deeds it has really left an impact
Gay, black, and Asians didn't decide to use being proud of our race as a slogan for racism.

Not at all. Why should I feel guilty? Did I do something wrong?

Dave Chappelle said to fix things we all have to admit what we did.

I spent a solid hour trying to think of how I contributed to racist systematic oppression and couldn't think of a single thing. Except maybe that I used to support the Democrats.

I agree with Dave, he wasn't blaming anyone, actually very much the opposite. He said you can't blame the people who just get fooled into it, but we have to come together and talk about what happened.

I agree, to fix a problem you have to understand what went wrong. But, it was actually really important for me to sit down, put myself on trial, and realize I haven't been a part of it. I've fought it every chance I got, risked a lot, lost a lot, and never got anything but attacked by both sides.

I know what I did. You know what you did. People who assume I have something to feel guilty for are the ones who do. I tried to find something I did wrong, and there are plenty... But not one had anything to do with skin color.

So no, I don't feel guilty. Because I'm not. People just like to pass the blame onto someone different from them. That'll literally how the Holocaust happened.

Why? My great grandfather and grandfather immigrated from a Mediterranean country. They were both treated like crap. My great grandfather struggled to feed and house the family.

My grandfather was a teenager. He couldn't attend school because he didn't speak English. He learned to read and write on his own.

My father did better but we lived in the inner city. Our neighborhood was fully integrated. My best friend was a black guy. We bonded because we both wanted a better life.

We worked after school and summers. We saved our money for college. Our grades were good enough to be accepted. Again we worked part time and full time during summers. Party? No way, need the money for living and tuition.

We both graduated and have great careers. Being white didn't help me. Being black helped him a little. Does any of this bother me? No! I'm happy we both were successful.

Being white gave my forefathers and me no special advantages, so I have no reason to feel guilty.

No and from your bit above, a lot is down to your average white person not calling out bigots in society.

in the UK we get fuckwits who are simply racist cunts, using the George Cross and their skin colour to abuse other colours, other sexualities, basically anyone that does not believe their rhetoric. Part of the bit about getting back things like ‘white pride’, St George Cross etc is by uniting against people that use it in a racist manner.

A person should never feel guilty about their skin colour, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, etc.

equally a person should never be bigoted against the above.

Wikipedia got taken over by SJW's a while ago. Like, 2016 when Trump was running for president. They don't even PRETEND to be neutral, factual, and subtle anymore, like they at least used to appear. They are just flat-out f*cking lying now and using opinionated and judgmental language. It's insane how sh*tty Wikipedia articles now sound and how inaccurate and far-left biased they've become.

And I don't even support "White pride" (or any other racial pride; being proud of your ethnicity is dumb as hell). I blacklisted Wikipedia on my browser months ago. If anything tries to direct me to that website, it gets blocked.

I have no issues with racial pride. I usually think of Hispanic cultures, Japan, and I know a lot of the Irish have a strong pride in being Irish.

But, it's not supposed to be about color. If white pride is racism how is black pride any different?

Cultural pride is about heritage, character, morality and respect. Color pride is just tribal superiority or trying to get something for free.

I wish I could say I'm proud to be American like the Irish say they are proud to be Irish. But I'm not, because I don't think we have a lot to be proud of anymore.

Culture and race are 2 different things. Being proud to be white and say…. being proud of Irish culture are 2 different things. I’m sure somewhere on this earth is a black man born in Ireland and is proud of the culture of his nation. Is he any less Irish than white Irish people? Does he have any less of a right than white Irish people to be proud of the culture of his homeland?

1a : any one of the groups that humans are often divided into based on physical traits regarded as common among people of shared ancestry

b dated (read, not updated by SJW's) : a group of people sharing a common cultural, geographical, linguistic, or religious origin or background

"The Yorkshire type had always been the strongest of the British strains; the Norwegian and the Dane were a different race from the Saxon.—"

"Henry Adams… this girl, Dolores by name, and a Catalonian by race …— Charlotte Brontë"

c archaic (read, original) : the descendants of a common ancestor : a group sharing a common lineage

I think the biggest problem with American culture is that most people don't know the meaning of half the words they use.

They just know what to say to make other idiots THINK they are righteous.

That, and the fact that SJW's think they can literally go and change the dictionary any time they want to win arguments they have already lost.

      See "Faucism" for examples. 🤣😂🤣

The actual meaning of race has absolutely nothing to do with skin color. They recently added "physical traits" because that is what they are using it to mean.

But, the Jews were literally white Germans same as the Nazis. You telling me Hitler wasn't racist?

You're telling me you don't know the meaning of the word race. That's why you don't understand my comments.

To answer your question, my mom literally didn't see a black person till she was like 15. They would all crowd the window to watch him walk by.

She said he was the most beautiful mad she had ever seen in more detail than I wanted to hear from my mother.

The only racism in Ireland is based on religion and a strong healthy hatred of the British. They barely had people who weren't white until the last few decades. Very few people moved there during the famine.

Nope I'm proud of my Celtic, Roman, and Lombardic roots and make no apologies for it. Anyone who feels guilty for being any race is a pathetic drone. I don't think I'm better than anyone else for my ancestry but my ancestors did everything they did and now I'm here with their blood through my veins. Warriors, Poets, Merchants, Farmers, Politicians, Lords, they were all these things. They played a role at the bottom of their societies and at the top. They were rich and they were poor. They've survived invasions, conquerors, plagues and world wars and still here I am. Everyone's respective people's have a similar story. Thats why when people tell me they hate their heritage and wish they were something else I tell them we all have one theme in common, we're all survivors. We're here because our families were survivors. Where others perished our people endured. Be proud of that fact and be thankful.

Hell no… I have my fair share of struggles, just as anyone else. I personally had nothing to do with anyone’s oppression, why would I feel guilty?

I think if everyone saw this type of politics for what it was, and the way it perpetuates a victim mentality that prevents people from seeing the truth and from making real progress for themselves, we’d be living in a much better world. It’s a cheap power grab and keeps people in lowly, reliant states…

No matter your skin tone, ethnicity, or ANY of these identity-based traits or ideas, only YOU can make your situation better. It starts with you, your attitude, your work ethic, the way you treat people… self-awareness.

The more the government has tried to open doors for people, the more it’s simultaneously hurting people financially and economically… a lot of people don’t see it or believe it though because they’re college educated are kept “fat and happy” by the system.

No, I know institutions and companies these days think pushing these ideologies is the only allowed way, but most individual people don't buy that, I certainly don't. There is nothing wrong with what I do or think regarding race and no amount of stupid accusations will change that.
I don't care about race. I am strongly patriotic and consider that to be my ingroup. If you speak my language and value some of the good things about my country, you are "one of us" regardless of race. If you live elsewhere, value different things, speak a different language and like a different place, no amount of whiteness will help me feel any kind of connection to you. Race means next to nothing, culture and virtue on the other hand, both things you can change to a degree, matter a lot.

Why? Do YOU feel guilty for being 'Homo Sapiens'?
Do YOU PERSONALLY recall being given a choice?

    I grew up in a VERY 'faction-ated' family dynamic;
where one developed a defensively razor-sharp tongue.
Physical bruises eventually heal; psychological wounds not as readily~

Once in my late teens, in a fit of my Scorpio mother's anger
she blurted out: "I'm SORRY I ever gave birth to you!"

To provide her 'perspective' I COLDLY replied:
"I DON'T recall being given any choice in the matter.
Dad bought you a mink coat in gratitude, and YOU took it!
So might I suggest 'WE' make the best of it!!!"

Stunned, she shut the fuck up! ~ >:(

There have been multiple instances of white shaming as a reaction to racial motivated protests, but I am able to recognize them as part of a reaction and I won’t feel ashamed. I wouldn’t feel either if I happened to be Asian, black, Native American, or really any race

Not in the least, when am I getting my reparations? I lived in a great, safe town (not rich) until diversity moved in and the shootings started and all the good people who could leave got up and left. Now my mothers house is worth less than it was 25 years ago and she has to pay for security monitoring and be inside after dark. Story repeated all over the country. How many trillions of tax payer dollars have been sunk into blacks for free programs to help them get ahead? I want my refund. How many whites have been denied a job in the name of affirmative action ns oh, the last 80 freakin years? I have the opposite of guilt. Gimme my money

My grandma worked her whole life, paid into social security and didn't get half of it back.

She told me to go get it back and spend it on my future.

If you got robbed by the government you deserve a refund. But if you didn't, you don't. I'm Irish and native American. I want the money they stole from my grandma. I don't want them to go rob someone else and give it to me.

I had an apartment complex confiscate my bike saying it wasn't parked in the wrong place and then lose it. I was furious. Said they stole it and I was going to press charges.

They literally offered to steel someone else's bike and give it to me to make up for it. I said they were idiots and that obviously wouldn't fix the problem.

But see, that's the difference between someone who was robbed and someone who is a thief. I don't want them to go rob someone else, I want them to give me back what they took from me.

Skin color doesn't have a dam thing to do with it. BLM are a bunch of lousy thieves who want to take from the poor and give to the lazy. It's easier for a black person to get into college. Kendi proved it. I paid thousands and got thrown out of a class that was 70% black by a black lady and her white boss without a reason.

I want my money BACK. If you got robbed, you deserve yours back too. But race doesn't have anything to do with that. This was all native land. You don't see us demanding a check for that. You see us demanding a refund for what they actually stole from us.

BLM can't do that, because it didn't happen to them. That's why they say they want the government to go take a white kids bike and give it to them.

If they had actually been victims, they wouldn't want to go do it to someone else, because they would know that just makes them thieves Instead.

But honestly, I think they do know. That's why they get so triggered when you point it out.

I'm of Irish extraction and have a modicum of knowledge of the cultural history of the US- enough to know that my being considered "white" is a firm rebuttal to both the old-style racists AND the new.

Even if that weren't the case, I'm also Catholic, so I'm Mithridatized against guilt and shame.

No, I'm Irish and we suffered for over hundreds of years. We suffered underneath the Romans, we suffered underneath the British Empire. I don't feel any guilt whatsoever. The only guilt I feel is that I was born into the wrong time. I wish I was among the glorious fellows who fought against the mighty British Empire. I would've been so proud to die with them, fighting against the filthy Brits.

These are such stupid concepts that perpetuate society.

Let us all take pride in our heritage, our religions (or lack), our preferences.. Etc.
Be it White, Black, Straight, Gay, Christian, Muslim, Athiest.. etc etc.

To deny one the adoration of their own birthright is in itself a prejudiced concept.
Not to mention its just being a prick

The only people that should feel guilty are the people that do wrong on purpose, people that hurt other people or any living creature on purpose (brown recluse and black widows excluded) people that are pieces of shit like rapists and cho-mo's and just low life people. The color of skin or anything else that someone is born with should never matter.

I don’t feel guilty for being white. However, I do feel shame over our obviously racist past and sometimes racist present. There’s no doubt that great racial injustices were inflicted on black and native Americans especially and that the underlying sentiments that fueled those still exist in a lot of people today. In light of that past, it shames me to hear it and see it today.

Most people don't realize that only the super rich had slaves.

Slavery hurt most white colonials and early Americans. It helped the king, and the rich, and everyone else was disadvantaged by it.

One slave cost more than most white people made in a year. Only a small minority could afford that. The majority of white people were actually hurt by it.

But black African warlords still live like kings off the wealth they acquired kidnapped kids and selling them into slavery.

So why does BLM want to collect reputations from the Irish immigrants and not the African ones? 🤔

I take pride in being white. As a race we have accomplished a lot in world history and have led many of the world’s greatest and most advanced civilizations and we continue to do so into the present day in many places.

Including my own iredeemingly racist country which has millions of brown people flocking to it every year in search of a better life.

And I'm responsible. Why? BECAUSE IM WHITE MOTHERFUCKER... *sniffle* I totally did all those things, even though only a fraction of my ancestors did those things decades to centuries ago and I had literally nothing to do with it or had no knowledge until I was a teen 😭😭😭WAAAAAAHHHH

It's only in backwards little America where such things really matter. But that is because you have no real culture, you have no real pride in your own history. And nothing of note to your names. Most of you badly uneducated twits don't even know where the Washington DC is.

In Europe such things as skin tone isn't that relevant. Your culture, your history, etc is because real Europeans take pride in themselves. American mutt breeds don't.

Is it hard living life as a circus clown?

You are correct to say we have no culture of our own. You are wrong to say we have no pride in our history. I take great pride in knowing how many times we annihilated Europeans in war. Let’s see. The American Revolution, War of 1812, Spanish American War, and both world wars. In fact not only did we conquer most of Western Europe in both world wars but we were gracious enough to give your lands back that we ought to have kept as a spoil of war and instead of subjugating the peoples of Western Europe as we ought to have we freed them from Nazi rule. America - back to back world war champs. Not bad for a bunch of mutt breeds huh? And which socialist country is it you come from? Whichever it is I’m sure I know more about its history than you.

It is true the education in this country is horrendous at present. I’d like to personally thank the wanna be communists who are currently running America for that, and they’ve done a lovely job influencing the dumbing down of this county for at least the last 20 years.

Race is only an issue here because left wing retards with IQ’s lower than 60 keep exploiting blacks for votes and are living in such a delusional fairy tale world that at least half of them actually believe their retarded rhetoric. This story has a happy ending though. The other half of Americans who do not like this odious left wing ideology are growing fuller and fuller of hate and discontent by the day for those perpetrating the intended internal take over of America and replacement with communism. It won’t be long before the Biden administration implodes this country. Don’t be fooled into thinking when that happens those responsible for this will not be held accountable and their followers will won't be suppressed. This is bound to happen sooner or later as it is the inevitable outcome. America should take the stance Hungary currently has.

I like how you show your European pride by posting Anonymously.

I’m 100% white. I just gave you 5 examples of wars we fought against European powers and won. You tell me I’m stupid and Americans are cannon fodder but can’t give one example of America loosing to a European power.

Is this how they teach you to debate in Europe? To just ignore objective and historical fact? Not very impressive.

Not at all. I am responsible for what I do, and, if I had kids, maybe partially responsible for their actions. Other than that, I am no more responsible for transgressions past and present committed by other white people than I am for those committed by black or Asian people, or dolphins.

How come when it comes to white you people always put black and gay up there. If you people don’t see color then why do you put black to everything white? You do see color, racism wouldn’t exist in many cultures as bad if it weren’t for white america. They say Indians and Asians are the most racist and I have actually had less racial trauma from them than whites.

I think the term should be American pride.. Just because our skin is white doesn't mean we don't have a bloodline of over 12 different ethnicities. Everyone should show each other respect until or unless we have a good reason not to.

      Not to mention,

If your going to blame me (an Irish person) for the British buying slaves because we are the same color...

Can we talk about the black Africa warlords who kidnapped people and sold them as slaves? Because some of them are still doing it. White Americans decided to stop taking part ovet 100 years before my people got here.

Why should I, an Irish descendent, feel guilty because an African man kidnapped his neighbor and sold them to my countries biggist enemy?

Shouldn't we be blaming the kidnapper? If we're going to blame someone's great grandkids, shouldn't it be the ones of the people who sold their neighbors into slavery in the first place?

Because my people were never even involved. Go demand reparations from the African warlords who still live like kings off that wealth. Not the grandson of an Irish woman and a native American.

      That's small brained at best.

I have never heard something so stupid. if they would pay for me to go back to Africa. I would. We didn't make the US decline, don't blame that on us. that's people's lack of knowledge about the real world and entitlement. everyone is so focused on social media and is getting less intelligent by the day. what you won't do is blame us cause a lot of y'all don't know how to raise your kids.

But shit, if you think you don't get enough given to you in America you would fucking hate Africa.

I'm jealous of my friend from Kenya because they build what they have from nothing and Don't pay taxes for it.

@SmokinAces2000 I know what your like because of your argument are a reoccurring theme that blacks are intercent victims even today because of things that happen 200 years ago. your unable to step outside of your position to even consider what lost in the woods told you. like Black slave sellers aren't to blame because that are black only the slave buys because they are white. that is why white people think black can never take responsibility for anything and will always blame others.

Roughly 13-14 percent of the US population is black so to make the statement “most” you would have to meet at least 7-8 percent of the total black population which I know you haven’t so your argument has no merit
