A lot of peoples savings went up last year, due to not being able to spend as much money. This year they seem to be burning through it, and then some. That and the free tax payer money.
A lot of the things i bought last year were a steady price for years then skyrocketed this year

It's no big deal. The U. S. Treasury Department will eventually add a few more zeros to the currency and we'll all be rich again!
Neither does socialism.
yes and that's exactly what your govt wants you to do... and that's why you need to become Omish quickly...
I recall hearing "Greenspan" talk about how printing and passing out $ made people fee more rich, so they spent. It's about perception and faith. And that issue is coming to a head again in congress in about 2 weeks..."full faith and credit". They will kick the can again... until they can no longer do so.
good luck and enjoy your wealth, we are.
I don't know when biden is president it is only going up.
When ever the politicians have access to somebody else’s money to spend or can print unlimited amounts. Of course they will spend money to stay in their position of power and buy votes with it!
Regardless of how much it will hurt the average workers.
If you are taking about the average person. Just look at the housing market and remember what happened the last time that people overpaid!
No but the central bank (aka FED) printing off all kinds of money and and the government giving it away will cause the prices of stuff going up or actually its not going up so much as it is causing the value of the currency to go down.
IN macro-economics, deficit spending will typically cause inflation.
Up, but I voted down by mistake cause I got confused.
It's poor financial habits.
I can't imagine a situation where anyone desires to buy something they don't know about.
Yeah, it will cause lots of inflation, which is very destructive for society. But that's what the Democrats and their puppetmasters want.
Cost will only ever equal what people will pay.
True
Not necessarily. Debt spending (“spending money we don’t have”) is a rational thing for many governments in many situations
I just burn cash now. Money is so worthless, that burning money is cheaper then buying firewood
Everything goes up except the paycheck. If your paycheck does increase a little bit the government sticks their hands out to take it away from you.
That question was too vague and can go either way depending on a million variables.
Money created out of thin air spent on anything causes inflation. that is economics 101.
"to buy things we do not know?" What the hell does that mean?
Oh, okay. Not at all clear in your question you were talking about government spending.
And yes--econ 101 tells you that any government spending is inflationary. So it doesn't matter if it's actual infrastructure, more transfer payments, or literally dumping the money on other countries, it's going to be inflationary.
have iPhones gotten any cheaper yet?
Ah, there in lies the catch. Can’t go back to android once you’ve tasted the forbidden fruit. As much as it might cost.
Successive generations will suffer.
Its going up no doubt.
Buy things we do not know? What are you buying?
