What are you're thoughts on Adolf Hitler?

Question

I've personally never been bias or involved in any Neo-Nazi or Nazi organization's but over the past 2 year's I've seen a lot of my friends look over and support his movement so much as agreeing with so called 'resolution' he proposed in WWII.

What are you're thought's though, do you agree with the Neo-Nazi and or Nazi Organizations relating to the Siege etc, or do you disagree and believe otherwise let me know.

First of all its important to notice that Hitler would have HATED the neo-nazis and nazis of today. They are not the same either in form or substance. We call them Neo-nazis and nazis not because there is any direct link between what the Nazis were and what those groups are today but because of similarities with things like the 14 characteristics.

As for my thoughts on Hitler? Depends on where you want to start. He was obviously a very flawed man both ideologically and physically to the point where his drug usage would put Woodstock to shame but at the same time he had some very powerful ideas and a strong drive to make a change. On one hand he sabotaged Germanys future by attacking minority groups like the Jews but on the other hand his position of standing on the side of the German people meant he gave them a lot of help which they needed after WW1 resulting in a massive economic boom.

On one hand he was a corrupt asshole who did not even pay taxes, on the other he honestly attempted to achieve greatness for Germany as opposed to many modern day politicians who are just interested in bullshit politics and self enrichment.

In many ways Hitler was not special aside from his strong believes, both correct and incorrect as well as the drive to achieve them. He is a testament to how much you can accomplish if you put your mind to it and that even mediocre or bad decisions can work out decently as long as you do them rather than sit on your hands all day. Does this make up for his faults though? Definitely not, for all he accomplished and considering the ruinous state Germany was left in after WW1 to threatening to take over Germany in a few short years that is saying a lot, he still could never let go of his stupid ideas on race and all that horrible shit he ended up doing.

The way I see Hitler is that if he only went half-way he would have been considered a great leader. If he only did the rebuilding of Germany and unifying of the German people without the whole ethnic cleansing and moronic beliefs in racial superiority then it would have been wildly successful. Same with WW2. If he used his early accomplishments to secure a beneficial peace-deal as well as did not needlessly antagonize the Allies by mistreating prisoners and occupied civilians he could have secured superpower status for Germany fairly easily but instead he tried to invade the Soviet Union and all the rest of WW2. However, for good or bad Hitler was never really the sort of person to go halfway.

A few other interesting tidbits about him, apparently he might have had the best handshake in human history. People who shook hands with him often commented later about how powerful the feeling was and about his gaze during it. I know he actually practiced this quite a bit to achieve the effect. Hitler was educated in propaganda so knew how important appearances are which goes a lot into how he portrays himself and the Nazi party.

a lot of the draw and appeal to Nazism by people like your friend specifically comes from the image Hitler and the Nazi party built up using their understanding of propaganda. For example, you never see them dress poorly or appear with a rough appearance, instead they adopt a very clean aesthetics (they literally employed highly paid designers to develop their uniforms) and well groomed bodies. Before they even start with their propaganda messaging which is designed to invigorate people they have already established themselves as powerful and clean simply by how they dress, something that young people easily get swept up by.

So yeah.. horribly flawed but accomplished person, both for good and terrible evil. With the benefit of history I see no reason to imitate him though since its one thing to hold ideals that turns out to be faulty and another to adopt ideals that has already been proven to be incorrect and stupid. If you want to take inspiration from Hitler or imitate him you might as well focus on the positive things.

I'm not emotionally invested in liking him so I'm not a nazi or neo nazi - not that I'd care if I was or maybe I am I don't know - But here is the thing - There is no man born evil whether it's hitler stalin or napoleon - Going back to ww1 the jews betrayed (Balfour and the promise of giving jews a country which is literally why israel exists - Betraying Germany so they'd lose the war) Germany with giving the British intel and fucking up Germany's banking systems - Which were really influencial obviously in Germany's loss - A loss in a war that hitler fought in alongside the Germans - After Ww1 - Germany had to sign treaties that basically meant it would turn into a shithole which it did - They had to pay the equivalent of 33 billion $ to the allies for war reparations which they didn't have - not only that but they had land stripped away from them and were not allowed to build a better economy also they had no right to have an army - Only 100000 armed men solely for the purpose of defending their country - Social classes turned more and more to only 2 which was basically rich and poor and unfortunately the rich was compromised of mainly jews (part of why people say jews control the world) and some Christian Germans but most people were poor.. Jew leaders were named or Christian german leaders that were specifically named by the allies - What hitler did was what @seangreen said - what the man did was tell his people that he's not gonna allow anyone to make them live like crap while the so called good guys have a combined 70+ colonies under them - not on his watch - So he built industries, made his own private military so it wouldn't be argued that what is going on is against any treaty - Then he went told the poles that took his land to fuck off - Went and humiliated France - and if the usa and russia didn't exist we'd have seen the single greatest ass whooping story since that the UK would have fallen as well - Say whatever you want about him - He's the perfect example of "History is always written by victors" - If hitler had won we would have seen all of this much differently - Also the only reason why the allies gave up most of their colonies was because they were worried that things would go the way things went with the germans..

Anyone who agrees with him should be imprisoned. Thats not anti freedom of opinion as I think. If you have an opinion that decreases the freedom of others, only the opinion that gives freedom to the most people should be tolareted. And if Naziz want to fuck up the world again that should be stopped as early as possible. They showed us that their opinion is not worth listening to in the past. So they have forfeited their freedom of opinion and speach in my opinion.

You're sneaky. You're not allowing Private Opinions in order to expose the skinheads. I will say THIS though, a lot of his policies such as the Autobahn, Welfare and Reintroduction of extinct species were actually good policies.
As for his "other activities", I'm by no means saying that genocide or murder should be the answer to anything. But I think people should at least try to understand why the Jews pissed him off THAT much to begin with. People always talk about how evil racism is, but they never want to examine the behaviors that caused the racism in the first place. I'm definitely, not anti-Jew or anti-Israel, but I'm a realist who likes to form arguments based off observable patterns. And there must be a reason that the Jews were kicked out 100 countries and are still so disliked today.

So I'm not saying we should stop vilifying Hitler, but we should better understand why he did the things he did. And the Jews should also try to better understand why so many people hate them, and change certain behaviors. But that goes for EVERYONE.

You must admit what he did was amazing. He came from no where to run Germany. You must also admit he had too many demons to stay leader of Germany. He like Nixon thought everyone was out to get him, which destroyed him in the end. If he would have listened to his Generals instead of SS , he would have most certainly won the war and things would be different today.

If he would have gone all in with fighters , or submarines, or built smaller cheaper tanks , he would have been hard to beat. Subs would have prevented supplies from getting to Europe and would have kept an invasion from occurring or at least slowed it down. Fighters would have kept Russia from having an advantage with so many tanks. More tanks and he would have beaten Russia because there would not been any delays and they could have won before winter. He tried to have the biggest battleships , biggest tanks. Quanity or Quality would have been better.

Seems like he just "read the room" after the germans were ostracized worldwide after WWI. The entire world wanted Germany to think it was evil and useless except as a third world country to outsource all the manufacturing to. Hitler just came in and said no we're better than that, which would have been fine, but then also wanted the same sort of revenge that caused them to be ostracized in the first place. Then additionally integrated white supremacy into his messaging. Granted, he probably wouldn't have won an election if he stuck to a simple "no we're better than that" message, but he made his choices.

I think he was a mentally retarded person who had rage issues and was power hungry out of insecurity, but he was also able to sweet talk a lot of other stupid people with false promises and insane rhetoric, which is why he came into power and stayed there for as long as he did.

None of the corrupt ideals he enforced were based on facts or compassion, and his own stupidity was his downfall (and sadly the downfall of his many victims).

I think he and other corrupt leaders are a reminder that the general public should be in charge of their government, and not the other way around.
People should vote on bills instead of leaders, politicians are an outdated concept, not much better than royalty.

I also think he is a reminder of why religious beliefs corrupt the mind, because if you can't prove it, it should not govern your sense of morality, otherwise you cause untold harm to the innocent.

Here's my thoughts on Adolf Hitler. The guy took a country that was basically bankrupt and turned into a powerful economy. He wanted to unite all of his people back under one flag I don't believe he had World Conquest on his mind to be honest. The guy took on all the worlds powers and the banks with almost nothing if they had practically nothing compared to other nations and he almost did it. I truly believe he thought he was doing the best for his people. Now on the other hand you have to realize that Germany got a lot of its race Theory from the United States. I don't agree with the genocide or the war crimes but if you take the Holocaust out of the equation it was just a land grab like every other war in history you know. And history is written by the winners and that's also where the spoils go

There are a lot of misconceptions about him, like how he was a capitalist (he thought capitalism was a concept designed by the Jews to spread their power and corruption), but it is undeniable that he was a total nutjob.
