I think too many people use him as the ultimate boogeyman without realizing he's far from "the worst person in history", that Nazism would've happened with or without him, ignoring what lead to the rise of Nazism to begin with as if Hitler did and planned everything, or realizing that humanity have created FAR WORSE people than him who don't get as villainized or treated as much as a supervillain. Adolf Hitler, for as much of a bad guy as he was, is just the guy people can point at as "the ultimate evil" while ignoring far worse people, like Chairman Mao Zedong, Stalin, and even Genghis Khan.
I'm not excusing what Adolf Hitler did, but people need to get over their smug self-righteousness and realize he was far from the only one, or the worst one, of his kind. Hell, even Xi Jinping has probably killed more people as of 2022 than Hitler did, but no one is wishing death on him or any of the Chinese Communist Party right now. People and their pathetic righteous indignation and misguided moral superiority. "This bad guy is bad, cause people say so, but all the other bad guys aren't bad, cause I'm too ignorant on world history to know any better..."

A terrible person who has done awful things and killed millions of innocent people. I don’t like him and his ideology.
I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that there are people who think that he was a “good leader” and praise him.
When you need an example of a bad guy everyone's heard of he's a pretty good choice. Well that's until you come to gag and find he's a role model.

My grandmother actually came from Austria where Hitler was born and I think that part of the world, Germany, Poland, Russia etc. during the early 1940's was basically hell on earth (Especially for Jews). Hitler is just an example of what anger, hate, corruption, and dictatorships are capable of when taken to the extreme or even possibly run by a psychopath. Hitler is terrible and he came to power in a time when information was controlled and you could start an all out execution of Jews and the world just didn't even know if it was real or not. Those death camps in Poland are really one of the worst things that ever happened, not to mention the wars and the attacks that happened against all Jewish people in that area at that time.
It's truly scary, but Hitler should be taken as a lesson that human beings are capable of horrible things if given power and left unchecked. The society around them will just jump on the bandwagon and join into the evil if they feel that it's their best option.
He was a puppet, no different to Saddam Hussein or Barack Obama but unlike these 2 figures I think he thought he was doing the right thing and in that regard it is a little strange that he should be the poster child for satan.
Clearly he was wrong and the things he did were horrible, I'm not endorsing or advocating any of his actions or beliefs, simply pointing out that someone who is doing bad things and they themselves know they are doing bad things and also do not care are from a perspective objectively worse than someone who does bad things without knowing they are doing bad things, or without some higher purpose etc.
This is why we have the saying that 'the road to hell is paved with good intentions'.
The concept of skapegoating is also very relevant.
Perhaps we should be examining why we are so enthused to bang on about what a horrible cunt this guy was nearly 80 years after he was defeated and yet for the most part do not give a single thought to all the monsterous cunts who currently run the world and are destroying lives, the world and are killing in our name and have been pretty much every single moment of every day that we have been alive with no signs of ever stopping.
A very hurt child. Probably had parental issues. Humiliated, spiteful, filled with hatred, unstable possibly due to his vegetarian diet and shock from WWI, he had no heart but a shell filled with venom.
So the solution was to blame other people and clear out all people, other than those like him... purify the planet. I can't imagine how many he'd have wiped out if he won the war.
He sure had a hot young girlfriend though and a nice dog!
Typical art school leftist detached from reality going to extremes.
The basic problem with people in those areas is they are soo detached from reality it is easy for them to go to extremes with extremely naive assumptions about how things work and what other people are and do.He was a closet homosexual with one ball and deformed penis. Kept on a mixture of meth amphetamine and cocaine. Based much of his ethos on a fantasy story about pure bred angelic beings that lived under ground.
If you idolize him you’re most likely unintelligent and married your cousin
In terms of economic and industrialization policy, I think his ideas were really good just poorly executed. Fact, Germany was the only world power that wasn't going through a depression, but I think he could have achieved the same results without committing genocide or invading his neighbors.
You have to give him credit for taking over Germany , but you have to say he was an idiot when it comes to military. He did not listen to his Generals and made stupid demands on how to fight the war.
Still if you had to rate most relevant people ever , Jesus would be #1 and Hitler would be #2 .
The clips we tend to see is of him ranting, particularly on YouTube.
But apparently he was also persuasive and charismatic. Which is presumably how he got to be leader.
In hindsight, it was probably a bad idea to slowly poison him with Mercury. Did nothing for his attitude.
He had a bad childhood. No wonder why he held so many weird hate views. I don’t think He was an Antisemite per se, but that He was against the Jewish ethnicity, as well as others. I’ve read that you had to have three Jewish grandparents to be considered a Jew. He didn’t care what spiritual beliefs you had. However, He did support anti-smoking and vegetarianism.
Horrible man.
Horrible crimes against humanity.
Horrible ignorance in regards to him and the holocaust.
Horrible regime.
Horrible question.
Horrible mustache.I think he was a genocidal maniac. I also think that if YOU believe he was anything other than a murderous monster you need some educating. At the very least. Or is that the feature?
His mustache just doesn't sit right with me
I hate Hitler.
I m a Turkish. But my mother nationality is Georgian/Laz (Lazlar, Gürcülerin bir koludur.).
Josef Stalin was a Georgian. And Josef Stalin defeated her. I am of the same nationality as the man who defeated the new Hitler.
He seems to be a fan of the Thule society...
A frustrated failed artist from Austria,
who was lucky enough that even more frustrated idiots from Germany were willing to listen to his crap.
Scumbag who destroyed millions of lives... I can't believe some people idolize him for his leadership and " courage " not giving a damn about the victims...
Do I even need to say that he was one of the worst people who ever lived? It's completely obvious.
We need to learn what he did and make sure we never follow his footsteps. Unfortunately, I think many countries are and if you even look at sources like the Holocaust museum, it will be very clear who the people who use Hitler's playbook are.
He was a megalomaniac. Much like Putin, Trump and Bolsanaro. Those personality types will always be around, often in leadership positions. I don't think Hitler was anything special, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Besides all the white supremacy and genocide of his creation. He's one smart individual. One of many that had the potential to take over the world.
I think he was a great guy. Without him world would have been a bad place
