I don’t really like guns, in that they give cowards the heart to kill. I’d bet that it’s easier to gun someone down from 20 feet away than it is to, say, stab someone. Easier both in the physical sense that you open yourself up to physical harm by necessarily being in close with your victim and eliminates the fear of not being strong enough to successfully stab the person/beat them without sustaining punishment if it came down to a fistfight; and also in the mental/emotional sense, like just seeing a few holes open up and bleed usually from a safe distance has got to be easier than jabbing a knife in someone’s gut, you have to have the heart of a killer to stab someone. So I don’t like all that, and I don’t like natural order upset where the weak defeat the strong at an inordinate rate.

All that stated, I think it’s LOL funny that anyone, supporters and detractors alike, actually think the government will successfully take everyone’s guns. I’ll eat the hottest pepper you can find if I’m proven wrong, that’s my word. So the fuss about either doing it or preventing it from happening is all for nothing. Ultimately, I just don’t care. Guns exist, keep your head on a swivel, best of luck whether you carry or don’t.
For myself, I live and die by mics 1 and 2😂

Following moving to Australia from the USA, I completely disagree with USA gun laws. After the Port Arthur massacre in Australia, the government initiated a buy back program effectively removing mostly all citizen owned guns. To own a gun in Australia, you must take a multitude of courses, show evidence of needing to own a gun (IE competitive shooting, hunting or farming) and need to have the gun registered. As a result, I never feared getting gunned down at school, or having a robber shoot dead my family or a cop thinking I have a gun when i reach to get my wallet. Also, we barely have any cops killed, or cops killing criminals who they wrongly assume have a gun.
I often see argued that criminals will still get guns through the "black market" but it has become so challenging to find gun in AUS that rarely happens (usually guns are found with the top level criminals not the wannabe street thugs), or to protect against government overreach, but I doubt some bloke with an AR would hold off the army. In regards to protecting my home and family, I think a baseball bat would suffice given the burglar would have the same :).
I don't care if he carries a gun legally.
But i always wonder why people are so paranoid they feel they need to carry.
I mean I'm a 5'5 110lbs female, never once did i feel so afraid that i wanted to have a gun.
I mean he got a lot dirt he expectin to comeback on him🤔
Or is he just scared of strangers?
I am, I have a flash bang holster. If I leave my house, I see people open carrying daily. Those that concealed carry probably out number the open carry.
it is our job to defend ourselves, the police have no legal obligation to do so. Their job is cleanup after the fact.

- I support the common folks’ right to bear arms
- I support the good citizen’s right to act in self/personal defense against any criminal that seeks to cause harm, damage property or plunder property
- I support strengthening the castle doctrine and stand your ground laws
- I support open carry and concealed carry as long as you don’t have a record of violent crimes.
I support the right to bear arms!
break a nail while pulling the trigger? have you never even played with a nerf gun even? that doesn't happen.
I really really think gun ownership is all well and good. But we need some common sense regulations.
I really think a license to own and operate makes sense. Like with a car. Everyone has to take classes on how to be safe with a car before they are legally allowed to drive. why can't we do the same with a gun. Make potential gun owners take some safety classes before they are ever allowed to buy. That will deter a lot of people from buying guns at all.
Sweden has a policy similar to this and even though they have a much smaller population that the USA they are still ranked 10th in the world for gun ownership, yet their rate of gun related violence is drastically lower than the usa. I think its a fair common sense policy. I know very few agree. but it makes sense to me.I´m not armed because I live in a country where guns and weapons are strictly controlled by the state and I like that idea because everyone is crazy and out of his/her mind sometimes and I prefer those situations not being solved with weapons but with people talking and discussing. If they need to fight with each other I´m ok with that but guns would contain the possibility of other people being harmed.
I also like guns to be controlled because that way there are nearly no school shootings. There hasn´t been any school shootings in Germany for the last 10 years.
Yes we have other problems like an alcohol problem but that´s a different story.I think that people should have take a commonsense and logical thinking test before being carry. Though it is a few more things I think a commonsense and logical thinking test should be taken before people are allowed to do so. Things like being able to obtain a licenses and drive, vote and the big one, before being able to have children.
Your husband can teach you on a small caliber that won't "break your nail". If a would be rapist tries to grab you I think breaking a nail is the least of your worries. You be ready to do what you need to do. I want to teach my girlfriend how to handle one and get her to consider carrying.
Yes. It keeps the gang members in my neighborhood away. They'd have weapons anyway. They're clearly not law abiding people lol. Cops take hours to get here when called. A sword, knives, and hand to hand combat isn't always the best option against a gun for self defense. You do what you have to do to protect yourself.
I support the right to privacy.
You get past the traps, you'll find out if I'm armed or not.
I also support your right to be left alone and to leave me alone in turn.
Pipe down, pay attention on the road and get back to work.
Otherwise try not to be a dick... without reason.I support the right to bear arms, That does not mean, however, that anyone has the right to own (and use!) any weapon they wish. Some restrictions are perfectly legitimate, and do not contradict the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution.
Yes and yes.
I'm a strong supporter of second amendment rights. "Gun control" is a scam that doesn't have anything to do with protecting people.Yes I believe in simply.. " do what you do" untill it affects me and mine then I do what I do. I'm not afraid of a man with a gun anymore than I am with the lady with the purse. Because rest assured like Don like Mike Peter and Jeffrey I'm not the shit out of every one of them fuck them
YES I am packing heat. Its a small glock, and it is in a panty holster.
If you want my money, or anything on, or in my body, you would be better off trying to seduce me.
NRA trained. And I practice.I am not. I think that the 2nd Amendment should extend to any weapon available. If I can afford a tank and want a tank I should be allowed to own a fully functional tank. As ownership of said tank doesn't give me the right to violate other laws. If I drive my tank on the highway I still have to follow the traffic laws; and I can't be firing the cannon at people who cut me off in traffic.
Not personally armed but someone I live with is and i feel safer like that so i do support the right to an extent..
Yes, and yes. It’s a man’s job to protect himself and his family. Responsibly used, a gun is a tool to help achieve this end.
Yeah, sure, but when it comes to weapons and crime rates it varies. Not every city and even country require the same solution.
Sure. Where I live almost everybody is armed. People who live in liberal cities with criminals running wild don't get it.
A am looking for a couple of firearms now and I am going to visit a friend that runs a training facility for law enforcement and participate in some training.
I do have arms, and I proclaim my right to bare arms. Although I'd prefer not to when it is cold out.
How could I not? Only people delusional enough living in their alternative realities think not having a gun is the right thing to do
