Ok, so, presuming that he can be charged for that while president (POTUS is immune to most laws), what would you use as evidence that he incited violence? Like, yeah, sure, the speech that he gave that day. But what part of that speech would you use as evidence and say, "This. This right here is incitement to violence."

I'm not saying you are right or wrong. I just want to hear, and fully understand, what you are proposing.
