Why am I asking this question? Because people tend to say I look very “liberal” and I’m not sure what thats supposed to mean. And I find it absurd that people assume your political party based on your looks.

The unironic duck face immediately tells me it's the obnoxious pop-culture version of whatever political stance it is.
If she's a conservative, she'll probably say something political just to try to impress the stereotypical country guy. And probably still doesn't actually understand the stereotypical country guy.
If she's liberal, it's definitely not because she cares about who owns the means of production in what industry, or wants to overcome old societal norms. She would be the high-key bully who does so under the guise of social justice. I would almost guarantee she would be the one to say "women should play an equal part in the world" as she hands you the dinner bill and asks where her gift is.
You cannot always tell, there are exceptions to everything, but you often can. Supporters of the Democrats, which is now synonymous with the far left, usually either look goofy or ugly or both.
There's a reason for that. In order to subscribe to the ideology of the far left you have to be a perpetually angry person who feels rejected. You have a chip on your shoulder. Logic and facts mean nothing to you because your problem is psychological not logical. So you lash out with this irrational anger that comes from your bitterness towards the world for rejecting you.
It's the basis for diseases like Trump Derangement Syndrome. Never mind that when you compare Donald Trump to Kamala Harris to determine which one is the more effective leader to create prosperity and security for you the choice is so obviously Trump that even a third grader gets it. But logic and facts make no difference to these people. They would much rather have a focus for their desperate anger then have a prosperous and secure country for themselves and their family and neighbors to live in. The Democrats have capitalized on that mental illness and use it as a weapon to turn people against Trump. And their primary targets are these angry, rejected class ugly people because they are so receptive to it. It works like a charm on them.
So people who look weird or ugly are more likely to be Democrats and put anger, revenge and retribution for their misperceived view of the world over the security, safety and prosperity of everyone else.
I don't know whether you would call them sick or selfish. It's a combination of both.
I guessed that this woman was not a liberal or Democrat.. She does not have the typical weird ugly bitter look of a Democrat female.
I had a cousin that was in the Moonies when he was younger. He was in that cult for 4 or 5 years selling flowers at the airport. He evidently was brainwashed. He left the cult in his 20s but he got this weird look on his face. He is in his 50s now but still has the same look. Liberals have that same look. Msybe from brainwashing.
Nope. That is plain ignorant. I met a woman once who really impressed me. She loved to wear wild hair colors, piercings and tattoos all over the place, dressed like a hippie, etc. Would have been easy for people to assume she was liberal and many did. However, when I got a chance to talk to her, she told me the tattoos were covering horrific scars from her abuse as a child and the hair colors were used to piss off her family. When it comes to her political views she was even more Conservative than me.
Absolutely. Here in the uk we don't go in for all the cap wearing, flag waving political stuff you Americans love. But when it comes to parties having their annual conferences you can tell which is which just by glancing at the audience long before you see a logo or hear anyone speak.
I usually can tell within 30 seconds of meeting a woman what her political leanings are.
But I never bring up politics to women first. Don’t have to nowadays. They usually bring it first up within 5 mins of talking to them especially if they are liberal.
You obviously can't always tell, but sometimes you can. A fat, middle-aged white guy wearing sports sunglasses, a baseball cap and anything with stars-and-stripes on, is very likely a Republican (and specifically, a Trumpist). A younger hippie/hipster looking person is most likely a Democrat.
The girl pictured has that trashy, suburban Texas, future-trophy-wife look about her, so I'd guess she's Republican - but I wouldn't put money on it.
Sometimes it is obvious, sometimes it is not. If you looked like a social justice warrior. I'd say you were liberal. If you were wearing anything with Realtree camouflage I'd say you were probably conservative.

You cannot really tell for sure, many people think I'm quite liberal due to my open sexuality but in fact I'm closer to a libertarian or constitutionalist.
I don't think you can with most people. However I do think, you can fairly accurately determine the extremes of each party based off of looks. Stereotypes, for better or worse, do come from somewhere.
Based on the cardigan sweater, I'd assume she was conservative. Or perhaps libertarian. But I could be wrong.

I don't know if the words liberal and libertarian mean the same thing. but that certainly doesn't seem like the conservative type. he seems more like a progressive, wannabe, and overly liberal type.
Liberal to Americans means closer to gramscist marxist in terms of economic policies and cultural beliefs. Liberals are progressives as they defende the idea of equality and they use emotional Hegelian rhetoric to debate. They are paternalists who wants the State to take care of people, specially minorities.
Libertarians are the opposite of that, they believe that the State is pure evil as it uses coercion to force you to pay taxes and impose its will on you. Libertarians base their argumentation mostly in economists like Mises and Philosophers like Kant. I would say liberals and libertarians are enemies.
As you can see, they're completely different types of people, I would say they are closer to enemies.

@opinionowner Libertarians are definitely right leaning, however there are some difference between them and republicans. Libertarians typically want nothing to do with government control and believe in more freedom, whereas conservatives do draw the line of when they want government intervention... if that makes sense
Liberals vote for democrats, but libertarians (the majority of them) do not believe in democracy, so they don't usually vote. Even so, we've seen the prominent rise of a libertarian party in America, Ron Paul is the best example of that, he's clearly conservative but not republican.

Democrats either lol. Liberals are in a certain way different versions of socialists, communists and social democrats. Biden and Hillary for example, they're social democrats with aspects of socialists, Bernie Sanders is a legitimate communist and all of them are in the same party. The voting system in the US is by "district" which means that this system creates an environment that makes impossible to new parties to arise. In other countries voting is different, that's why you see thousands of parties fighting for votes. In America it's basically three if you consider the prominent libertarian party.

Now you got me. I'm not American so I don't know, tbh I think even Americans don't know much about it. You would have to ask a specialist lawyer to know that. 😅
Then I reply with: Why haven't you asked my nationality in the last 2 hours? 😂 Well, you would be surprised to know that a lot of people are too busy to understand how democracy works. I went to college to study Law and I spent 3 semesters just studying the "anatomy" of the State and the electoral system. Think about it, if you were an important businesswoman, would you still have time to know the difference between a congressperson and a senator? Probably not.
Libertarianism is wanting the government to be as small as possible. This means they share Conservatives’ value of Laissez Faire Economics, but slightly share Liberals’ views of morals. Look up the political spectrum graph. That should explain things a little more clearly.
I don't even know what any of that means,. so I'm not either. I'm a fuckless giver... What even is politics? Is that like the people that make the laws?
She could go either way. But conservative women are usually attractive because they care about their appearance. While liberal women are usually gross because they're so focused on proving their gender doesn't matter that they take no interest in their appearance.

Literally any model or hot celebrity are liberal. I didn’t say old pruny tv host LMAO because none of those look good. Nina dobrev, Megan fox, scarlett johansson, Taylor hill, etc. Almost anyone you find hot online are liberal, and that kinda pisses me off because i don’t like libs or conservatives, I’m a middle ground person.
Sorry man I'm 46. You're right about Scarlett Jo. I guess I didn't think of her because I think she's still an entertainer first. And I think of myself a conservative but in actuality I'm probably more divided than that. I tend to be 60% conservative 40% liberal.
A Conservative is concerned about the national debt and deficit.
A GaG conservative is only concerned about the debt as a political issue.
A Conservative has respect for facts, science, rational thinking, etc.
A GaG conservative thinks that facts and science are just political issues to be debated and argued about.
A Conservative believes that the key to a strong America is strong communities and families.
A GaG conservative will scream in your face about how conservative he is, then introduce you to his girlfriend who is a flat out prostitute, who then hits on you behind his back, and has nude photos of herself all over the net. Yes, that happened to me.
Well she’s not on GaG so I wouldn’t call her that. But your description sounds about close. She doesn’t care much for facts and doesn’t really speak much on actual political issues, but rather just seeks validation from conservative men. Her whole motto is “women should stay in the kitchen and females being able to vote is the worst thing to happen in our country” type of “conservative”. I lean more right but even I know that sounds fake and extreme for validation.
