Men and women are wired differently and women just cannot handle this kind of the stress the same way men can. That does not mean they are inferior it just means we are different and thats ok

I don't understand the point you're trying to make. Just because they kill less people does not mean they are better at the job. Sometimes cops have to kill people sometimes they don't. A better statistic to look at would be wrongful shootings/situations where they got fired or jail time.
