What do you think that goes though the mind of a Death Roll inmate when they know they're going to be killed?

My thinking is that they just do the motions. They got lots of time before to think about it. If we're talking about what they might think before, I think that goes deep, way deep. But in the end, you got people escorting you, and just lie down, and do the motions. It helps when there are people helping you do things and say go here, do this, lie here.

I figure it's like going to surgey. You think about it a lot before but when you do it, it's just like go here, lie there.

Let me answer this question with another. If you left your home this morning to do your daily chores or go to your job, and a semi-truck broadsides you on your driver's door, would this bother you enough that you wouldn't ever go out?
Then would you think the person on death row was concerned with being put to death in prison when they did the deed for which they are being executed for?

they'd probably either feel a great amount of fear or a great amount of relief, not sure which. maybe a bit of both. but ig it would depend on the person. although, i would think that they would reflect on their entire life, from the very beginning.
