Why do black coaches always cry race when fired after they only win one game?

Constantly you hear that they were fired for being black , not for a terrible record. Coaches are always fired because they have a losing record.

Because they actually do get fired due to race. The nfl is 80% black in players then it needs to be 90% black head coaches and 90% or more black owners. Why is it so white still?
