Violence is a crime. Period. It does matter who the victims is.
It doesn’t trouble you that’s it’s males? And it’s usually a long time offender.
If someone commits violence against me, the offender’s sex does not determine if it’s a hate crime. If the victim is male, the offender’s sex does not determine if it’s a hate crime. It’s wrong. It’s a crime. Are you suggesting that hate crimes are unique to males who are long-term offenders? I honestly think the term “hate” is superfluous. It’s either a crime or it isn’t. Why should there be degrees of guilt?
Not unless it is a hate crime when done against men.
