You know for a long time I kept my political beliefs under the lid when I was at work, in public or especially on a first date. I would post on social media my political beliefs about once every 3 months.

Then at my old job 5 years ago I made “friends” with several people with leftist leaning views. I made the mistake of adding them to my Facebook. I notice they posted often about their liberal beliefs and I posted at most once ever 2 months my conservative ones.

Then I noticed increasing antagonism at work. Just bickering over minor mistakes. One d bag was seriously trying to get me fired. Then one day during a staff meeting one woman said “everybody here is pro choice except John”. I never once brought up politics at work. Never.

THAT was the turning point for me. Huge moment. That was when I started reading and listening more about the very Marxism that is going on our country. And yes I trust Ben Shapiro because he has excellent insights on bullshit and how to handle it.

I can bet you never had your livelihood threatened because of your liberal political beliefs. Sure you get people disagreeing with you and occasionally saying nasty things on GAG. But are you at risk of cancel culture? I highly doubt it.
