I mainly think it looks hideous and ruins the natural beauty of their skin/body.

I do think they are messed up to some degree and/or a major follower. Step back for a moment and get your head pulled out of the "culture". People are so obsessed with this wild island, head hunter savage tradition from natives that they pay their own money, seek out someone to stick needles into their flesh, they endure pain so that they permanently... forever, inject ink into their flesh... never look the same again and walk around for life with green/black marks on their bodies. That is just insanity.

Not always, but it certainly does seem to be a common trend. Tattoos, most of the time, seem like they're for dumb people who literally need to draw you a picture to express who they are. I know that's a stereotype, but... I mean, I haven't been proven wrong yet. Multiply by ten if they have a face tattoo.

Intelligence and tattoos have nothing to do with the other. There are tattoless dumb people and there are dumb people with tattoos just as there are smart tattoless people and smart people with tattoos.

I am hink if they were intelligent they wouldn't cover themselves with tattoos. Maybe a few is ok. But if someone came to me for a job interview I wouldn't hire them! Don't they realize that they aren't the one's who have to look at them? We have to look at them on them. I'm sure some tattoos have a special meaning to them which means something to them, but people looking at them don't know that. Some people just want to scare people so they will be left alone and not messed with. But it is definitely a copycat thing to tat your whole body. Just like those guys that wear their pants with their underwear hanging out and pulled down to their knee's. Who thought of that as "Stylin'"?

As someone who has tattoos and has a well-paying job in healthcare as well as an artist hobbyist- There are different levels of tattoos people, I find the ones who get face tattoos the really highly visible ones and you are not an actual tattoo artist questionable. Someone who tattoos their eye balls even stupider. Or gets random ones just to be covered, ones that have zero significance or trend followers unintelligent. A heart surgeon I work with has a full back piece, significant to him and his journey much like mine are to mine and placed properly. Also art has a huge part of it, good and bad looking good or bad, good art can change your mind. The pic below there is no redeeming that stupidity, but to each their own in this life

I don’t get how this has got anything to do with intelligence? A person may be covered with tons of tattoos and still be intelligent. A person may not have a single tattoo or a piercing on their body and be dense. I’m not a fan of heavily tattooed guys.. I just find them unattractive.

No... While I personally am not into tattoos, I wouldn't be that stupid to judge one's intelligence on whether they have tattoos or not..
My younger daughter has a few tattoos ( one of which is her dad's dates with drum sticks because he was a drummer) and she's very smart..

I think yes but then again I could be biased because I've known a lot of stupid people with tattoos then again my sister was a drug addict for many years has gotten many tattoos and her and all of her friends are stupid and usually have tattoos they are incredibly stupid and in the area I live in you know most people are stupid and they have tattoos or want tattoos

One of my friends boyfriend had a neighbor that was really smart, but from the look of his piercings and tattoos people will judge him quick. So I never assumed or think that of someone just because of tattoos.
