Nope because too many people thing when you talk gender your actually talking sexual orientation which is actually a different thing in my opinion.

Way I see it is gender is what someone physically I'd but sexual orientation is what you actually associate with.

i. e. lesbian, gay, bisexual are not genders

Male or female are genders but you can use them terms as your sexual orientation to associate with it doesn't change your physical gender though without some surgery and that is a grey area we are having to deal with in sports.

I don't think we will fully get past these issues till we reach a level of surgery where gender reassignment allows complete change of sex without the need to take hormones.
Then fertility becomes the final hurdle.

Social media has given everyone so much practice into trolling and hating, that it has become internalized and integrated into society. Everyone is offended by default, before you can even begin to speak. Freedom of speech, open dialogue, being objective, hearing each others perspective, being open to fresh ideas, and most importantly respect have gone out the window.
Because when you give idiots free and easy access to any tool, like platforms to express themselves and to learn and grow, it will of course be used the wrong way.
There are ofstill respectful and wise people. They have, and I wish they would do more to speak out and not let the trolls and haters drown out the good things.

It’s about the way in which you talk about topics. What you are talking about. What you say. How you say it. Your wording. Your intention.

Any topic can be discussed. You can have an opinion on a topic, but so can others, and it can be different to yours. That’s what an opinion is. We all have them. No one is right or wrong. You just have to be open minded, to listen, to hear others views, of why they feel the way they do, as they also have to be open to listen to yours.

As long as ever is kind and respectful then there should be no issues.

Allow the other’s opinion to wash over you without disrupting your internal peace of mind. Just hear the words (offensive or not) and take them at face value, instead of extruding any kind of Ill-intent, and you will be just fine. You can always talk shit with those who agree with you later.
Try to take new information and examine it against your own belief, without getting so angry that someone believes differently from you. Like others have said, everyone has an opinion, but your own side is not always right, and the other side is not always wrong.
We make everything up through our interpretations, so almost everything can be disputed, or at least questioned. People just don’t like it when there could be sweeping changes enforced so suddenly, especially when they perceive the changes as harmful to their sacred “freedom,” even if most don’t even know what that means.

It's easy to talk with regards to men because men accept criticism when its warranted and there is some truth to it. However, women are often always trying to shift blame for other people and tend to not want to hold themselves accountable for their actions. Thus, when discussing gender issues where the scope is on women we will always get women being offended and them verbally lashing out.
