Anything 5'7" and under is exceptional/rare/special and capable of being nimble and healthy due to how small they are. And anything 6'0" or taller can be considered a positive, healthy height for modern men and good enough for most women out there. Anything in the "useless crater" inbetween 5'7" and 6'0", however, is up to interpretation in which one is the worst of all.

Five-foot-eight (5'8") - Short and weak, and yet also common. Most men are technically taller than you. The same height as a huge percentage of women. The shortest you can be without being exceptional.

Five-foot-nine (5'9") - Somewhere between the most common and short. Even women are regularly this height or taller nowadays. The height of every overweight, sad-sack, balding, early 40s Joe Schlub out there. Extremely mediocre.
