I have no idea if Biden will even run again, let alone win! However, there’s no real point to prognosticating the results of an unannounced election, and then debating the reactions to said unannounced future election!
I do know this, as a liberal who comes from a family of life-long Democrats, I know that there is NO WAY that Joe Biden, author of the ‘95 Crime Bill that decimated the black community, got more black votes than EITHER of President Barack Obama’s wins! Nor did “Doddering” Joe Biden get more votes than any president in the history of the U. S.! He quite literally spent the majority of the 2020 campaign hiding in his basement. Nobody can win a national election without even leaving their basement!
However, as for WHAT people will say if he wins a 2024 re-election… how could anyone possibly know what the main issue will be in November, ‘24, given how quickly the news cycle changes these days. At this point it seems pretty clear that President Biden is having serious cognitive issues. His constant stammering over forgotten words, not even remembering the Preamble of the Declaration of Independence. The “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all… eh, all peop… that thing, that all, you know the thing… we’re all the same”! And if that was it, if there were no other monumental errors of memory, I’d honestly be saying to give the guy a break, everyone forgets SOMETHING every now and then! But this is different, the guy literally doesn’t know what’s going on. He forgets where he is, he's introduced Kamala Harris as President Harris multiple times! In a speech he referred to the accomplishments of his wife Jill when SHE was Vice President, and even during the campaign, there were several times where he said “I’m Joe Biden and I’m running for U. S. Senate”. I truly believe whatever is going on with the poor guy, the people who are controlling his actions are guilty of elder abuse at this point. Putting him out there to embarrass himself and be the butt of conservative jokes, is absolutely elder abuse, and if you started a YouTube channel where you just recorded your MeMaw struggle to remember the most basic things, not. Only would YouTube rightly shut you down, you’d likely be charged with a crime for using a sick elderly person for your personal financial gain! It is truly shameful behavior! Also, on a tangential side note, other than Jill Biden… What OTHER PhD holder, insists on being called “Doctor” in any situation other than when it’s directly relevant to their work?

All the BLM riots and death and closed businesses that happened directly due to Democratic politicians and THIS senile bag of farts still "won" the election. There isn't enough Trump hate in the world to justify that.

So yeah, it's irrelevant at this point. DeSantis will probably run for President, and he'll have like 85-90% of the country love him or whatever and Kamala or Biden will still magically "win" again. And conservatives will whine for like a week, then move on and do nothing, just like in 2020.

If you still have faith in American politics after the 2020 steal that they openly admitted to doing in TIME Magazine, then you're either a bigger fool than I thought, or more optimistic than I could ever hope to be.

It's hard to know if he will win. He was only ever intended as a bridge - democrats knew if anyone else was their nominee and they won, instead of 10k people assaulting the capitol it could have been a million. But he was the least favored candidate before COVID hit and trump flubbed the response, which is when people understood that a democratic win was likely. Then they had to start thinking of a transition which meant wresting power from the most powerful man on earth,

Anyway, Biden has none of that going for him anymore. He has only his track record as president, which is actually really good but people only talk about the handful of bad things that aren't actually within his control (inflation, gas prices). So it's hard to say. By the numbers his approval rating should be upward of 60% but right wing misinformation has managed to keep people very mad about hypothetical problems. It is kind of unprecedented, in fact, so there isn't really a historical example to base a prediction off of.

But no, if he wins "america" will not say he cheated. Right wingers will but they are only about a third of the population and they say that about everything that doesn't go their way.
