Being put in that position to compete and win as a child can put on insane pressure, stress and take a toll on one's mental health. How many stars that have died by suicide struggled with mental health prior to their deaths?

It's a common thing among people like this. Bow many stars are grown up having been child stars and now suffer from things like substance abuse or sex scandals? There can be a lot more behind the scenes that we don't see outside the dream and lifestyle being sold to us on magazine covers or television.
