We obviously have way too much government in our lives whether we like it or not. It's like everyday is something that the government is sticking their nose in where it doesn't belong. What we should do is defund the government and get rid of all those bad actors that are so old I don't if they can tie their own shoes anymore! Velcro...

Lots of things, but I'll name four things off the top of my head.

Censorship and monitoring & collecting people's communications.
People's medical choices including abortion, vaccines, medical procedures and mandates.
Hemp/cannabis.
Firearm restrictions, registration, etc. on honest citizens.

Old does not make a person a bad government employee or elected official, unless they are becoming senile. I would like to see the federal goernment totally removed from setting education policy.

No, I just say we use the Constitution, Declaration or Bill Of Rights where it says that WE, THE PEOPLE have the right to oust ANY member (s) of government that we see fit if we think they are not doing their job to our liking and replace them with someone that WILL do the job!! THAT'S why we have the 2nd Amendment!! It has NOTHING to do with being able to go out and shoot Bambi any time we like!! Why no one else has bothered to do this, yet, is WAY beyond me!! 3. Accepting campaign donations
4. The buying of any stocks
5. The postal service
6. Educating children
7. Police departments

The Founding Fathers gave only 3 powers to the federal government: currency, defense and trade between the states; everything else was left up to the individual states. Over time, the Feds have greatly expanded its powers and overreach. Maybe it's time we gave some of that back to the states.

I agree. The bigger government gets the more it coasts to run, which means less money for the people to have. Its like how universities got so big with all these supportive jobs to run it made coasts higher. Now that less and less people are going to college and those that do take it online, has forced colleges to down scale. Bad part is its hard to down scale government because they get paid regardless unless we get them to down scale themselves which will probably never happen.
