Should men in the US change their gender on paper to avoid military service, have lower insurance rates, and protect themselves from HR departments?

In Switzerland you can now legally change your gender for about $76. Should the U. S. do the same? In Switzerland females are allowed to retire one year earlier than men, AND only men have to serve in the military.
