You forgot

This means that not all mentally ill are prone to such acts of violence and the experts don't know what is really causing it. I did see an expose today about how a lot of the mass shooters suffered from depression, which is a form of external (and sometimes internal) trauma, stress, and yes chemical imbalance.
Why I am saying this is because I am fighting against witch-hunting paranoia. Humans latch on to one thought process because of fear and become monsters because of it.
