If that were true we would see men with higher testosterone committing more violent crimes than those with lower testosterone.. and that just isn’t the case
Well it's not always the case but why else?
Biology/evolution. Men are wired to be violent

It can be nature and nurture. If you grow up in a violent circumstance you are more likely to be violent. Males are still wired to be violent when compared to females on a general spectrum. It is evolutionary advantageous. We are still genetically programmed to be living primitively in small tribes. Society just evolves faster than human genetics can adapt.

No. Something that is not even a beating heart, or developed isn't a human. By your logic any women who swallow or men who masturbates is a killer. Because that semen is also a potential for life. Along with women who don't get pregnant within the month her period is also just her eggs flushing from her body. It's the same for a pregnancy up to a certain time. It hasn't developed enough to be considered anything
