Yes. Gun shows are just a way to get around background checks. I went to a gun show once and I could not believe how easy it would be to buy a gun if I was just released from prison.
Depends what state , some states donât allow pistol sales right then and there, only rifles, itâs more like a swap meet at least in New York itâs always been strict with that

People go to gun shows to find good deals on guns. And NO... you don't to buy a gun at a show unless you get a background check. That's the law and every vendor there follows that.
The ONLY way to get around that is to by a gun off of someone in the parking lot - which may happen 1x-2x a year across the country. Most states have laws that prevent people from doing that!
Nearly all the guns at a gun show are used. Make certain you KNOW what you're looking for and examine that gun extremely carefully BEFORE you buy. The Latin term "caveat emptor" (buyer beware) means EVERYTHING there.
nope, vendor tried to sell my brother a gun and it would have been illegal.
Your brother needed to fill out the 4473 form before the sale was final. If your brother showed up as a problem on the background check, he wouldn't have received the gun.
nope, he was going to sell a gun to him without forms , under the table.
Then the vendor should have been reported - to the people who run the gun show. Either the vendor needs to be an FFL, OR they have someone who IS an FFL to confirm their sales at gun shows.
Its the odd one-one "over the fence" type buys that don't need that or need to fill out the background check.
It is not one seller , it is many. Liberals believe a law prevents crime , no, people still break laws.
Every gun show I've been to (in OH and KY) required you to fill out the 4473 form as part of the buying process, just as if it was in a gun store. The vast majority of guns offered for sale were used guns.
Some of them I wondered who would consider buying them at all - they were in that horrid condition! Nearly every vendor there WAS an FFL also.
I agree. Laws DO get broken and liberals seem to think criminals follow laws too. They don't.
Buy yes but not walk out the door with it. Should be the same checks and waiting period as a gun door.
No. Guns are a legal product. Youâre allowed to sell a legal product. Is the whole world just reaching for stupid âsolutionsâ that will fix nothing?
No, they should create a loophole so you don't have to go through a background check to buy a gun at a gun show. Just so the DNC can stop lying about it.
Hell yeah you can see the newest innovations of the weapons of war. And what their kill ratios could be. The new BAR using a 6.5 craigmore.
Sell all you want. Just require licenses and background checks etc
