Why did no republicans attend the last congressional hearing held on inflation, and they all voted against every measure to lower prices?

If I were them I wouldn't vote for those bills either. The problem is that government measures are causing it so adding more will only create more problems.

If they are proposing price controls then anyone who has passed an economics class will know that it is a horrible idea.

So let me understand this... the WORLDWIDE issue of inflation currently going on was caused by "Democrats spending bills" in the USA? Never mind the FACT that Republican administrations have outspent Democrat administrations in all of the last 50 years, except once. Or that there's Covid, and a supply chain breakdown. 1. The main spending bills were a response to lockdownism policies - which people also raised the alarm on and were ignored by most Western countries which is why everyone is feeling it.
2. The petrodollar is globalisms currency, so when we feel inflation the whole world feels it.
3. I’m referring to the multiple bills sending arms to Ukraine, the “Build Back Better” and the multiple bailouts that were admitted bipartisan. But Democrats seem to be the only ones who seem to think we can spend our way out of this crisis.

I'd agree with you if the facts didn't show that Republicans expand government more than the Democrats do except on rare occasions. Let's face it - currency is nothing more than an agreed on exchange medium for goods or services, and as long as there's spending going on and people are consuming, there needs to be production.

Not sending arms to the Ukraine doesn't mean that money goes into the US economy to "help the working man" or somehow lower inflation. You know better than that. (The Ukraine situation should have been averted long ago with the help of Nato countries and calling Putin's bluff, but that's another topic)

Obama did indeed spend the way out of a financial mess that Bush left him. Bush denied it was his fault saying "I don't control market forces", and you know what... he was correct. But he got blamed for 2008. Biden get's blamed for now, while Trump sat back and said "Look what the stock market did under me". Well Don, your party can't have it both ways. Either the "President's policies" are responsible for market forces, or they're not. Make up your mind.

Austerity is not going fix what's going on now. Rampant spending won't either, that's why it's a crisis.
